Alamo Appliance LLC, Justin was called to diagnose and repair our icemaker. He came to our home, looked at the refrigerator and said he could order the part, for full payment up front (746.97) I reluctantly paid upfront but trusted him. He returned in 7 days with the part and attempted to put it in, but the new part would not fit, he attempted several times, but the new part still did not fit. He began packing up his tools and said he could not fix the problem. He said he could not refund for the part since it was opened. I questioned him that the part could be the wrong one since the old one would still go in and out, and he claimed they were exactly the same however it did not fit. There was another part unopened which he returned 280.50. So, I still have a broken icemaker, and I am out for the part, and service of 466.47.

Found the issue and ordered new parts.

Justin is awesome! My dishwasher randomly decided one day to just lose all power, could not get it to power back on at all. I didnâ t want to go out and buy a new one because I was not experiencing any issues prior to this. I called Justin and explained to him what was going on and he immediately knew what the problem was! He ordered the part and fixed it as soon as he could. Justin is very knowledgeable and offers great value, 100% will be using Alamo Appliance Repair for all my appliance needs from now on!

Alamo Appliance Repair is the GOAT! Justin was VERY responsive and QUICK to get the job done. He showed up after hours to get my washing machine back up and running before work the next day so I could have clean clothes. If you need appliance repairs done Alamo is the WAY TO GO!

Justin came out and diagnosed my dryer. He said that the tensioner pulley and belt were both bad the belt going bad because of the tensioner pulley malfunctioning. He ordered the parts came out a few days later and installed the new parts within What seemed like minutes He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and answered any questions I had with Ease I would highly recommend them to Anybody in need of any kind of appliance repair!

I reached out for repair and within a minute the owner justin called to get me scheduled despite it being late at night. He was out the next day to look at my washer and had parts ordered, very next day he was back and my washer was fixed! We have used him for several other appliances since and he has always been very straight forward with us on cost and repair concerns. Recently my dish washer went out and he told me he could repair it but it would be a disservice to me as the cost of the repair was high and the unit was very old and would likely have more failures to come. He ended up recommending us a dishwasher and got us installed as well. The owner Justin is a very personable and honest man who takes pride in his work and company and I cannot recommend him enough!

Justin was extremely helpful with our emergency came the next morning and within 15 mins he diagnosed the problem and the parts ordered. Highly recommend Justin to come fix any of our appliances and will definitely be using him again, you rock Justin!!!
