Both entities were founded and nurtured by a young man who spent many years in the water. Growing up with parents who built a successful business in the tropical fish industry allowed him to develop a storehouse of knowledge related to the raising of fish and the importance of balancing the ecological system to sustain their life and environment. This young man was a visionary whose imagination allowed him to see the familiar fish in his life in a different "Aquarium". His quest to incorporate a beautiful fish in a different showcase led him in the direction of the water gardens which highlight his talents as a designer and creator of waterfalls and ponds that take boulders and rocks to a higher level. His creative eye is much like the eye of other artists who can see beauty in the slight movement of an object. His quest for perfection drives him as he strives to provide, for those who care. We are bonded, fully insured, and have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for over 8 years. We offer a 1 yr warranty on workmanship with all new installations as well as uphold all manufacturers warranty's on any equipment we install. What sets us apart from the rest is the fact that not only can we install your water feature, we also have the knowledge to maintain it as well. Our crews are not only trained in the installation but also the biology of the water feature to ensure that you get the utmost enjoyment and beauty from your water feature.

We love our new koi pond that Sublime Water Garden built in our backyard. We had a basic vision of what we wanted, but Dan offered additional ideas that we liked and it turned out great! The crew also took care of transporting our existing fish to a temporary container and they all survived fine for the week that it took to build the pond. Our koi and other fish love the new pond and all the extra space they have. We would definitely recommend Sublime Water Garden to build the pond of your dreams.

Sublime Water Gardens provided a hard-working crew to address our fountain issue. They did a great job cleaning out the fountain and removing rocks & sludge. They estimated the job would take 1 hour; however, it took 1 1/4 hours.

Sublime Water Gardens can be counted on for providing excellent service. The office staff is very helpful and efficient, The crew showed up on time and quickly identified the problem. Logan and Mario went about correcting the issue right away. They did a great repair job and had it fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Jorge and his crew from Sublime Water Garden gave my ponds, filter, and waterfall a long-overdue cleaning, and did a great job! They kept my koi safe, and came equipped with huge vats so they could return a portion of the old water to the pond so it wasn't all brand-new city water. They completed a huge task in a few hours that would have taken me a three-day weekend--and I'd have needed equipment like the vats that I didn't have. Great work, now my pond is beautifully clean. Pros: They know what they're doing and worked diligently to clean out my water feature. Cons: They're a little expensive, but having all the equipment needed, the knowledge, and the diligence to do a good job, they're worth it. They showed up a little late, but the office called to let me know their earlier appointment took longer than expected.

We hired Sublimewater gardens to install a Kio Pond and 3 tiered fountain in place of our backyard flowerbed that was an eye sore. Danny, the owner, and his crew were awesome to work with and never seemed to mind my endless questions and ideas! And these guys are hard workers too! They arrived on time and worked until the days job was done. Danny was often there working along with his crew making sure everything was perfect. He gave 100%!!! He also made sure we understood how to care for the pond, fish, and aquatic plants. I would hire Sublime again and refer them to anyone looking for the best company to build a pond or fountain. I got quotes from three well-known Koi pond service companies, Stephanie from Sublime Water Gardens was the only one who tried to convince me to look at a cheaper alternative. Although the other companies suggested a total rebuild, costing as much as $21,000. Stephanie's quote was not only much better, but when the job was completed, they had finished 20% under their quoted price. Not only was the price better than anybody else's, but the crew built a cave for my fish out of the broken waterfall cover rock I had planned to replace. I can't say how happy I am with the quality of the work.

This was the absolute worst service experience we have EVER been through. Their “technician”, who supposedly has the most experience in the company, couldn’t figure anything out. Simple things we had already learned (we just bought the home a few weeks ago), he was struggling to understand. We never received any documentation of what the tech learned, no analysis, no recommendations....just the $225 bill. When I got on the phone with customer service, she was so aggressive and defensive. It was honestly unbelievable and so upsetting. I have never had someone speak to me the way she spoke to me. And I have never written a negative review before, but I felt like it was important to protect others from being in the situation we just went through.

Staff was very responsive getting me scheduled. Crew showed up on time, got right to work, finished quickly and did a great job. Would hire again. I couldn't get my recommended Aquascape cleaner to return my calls or emails. Was referred to Sublime Water Gardens by FNC ponds. Glad they did.

Tom and crew showed up as planned and had everything in top shape in under two hours. Sublime rebuilt the pond (2000 gal, 12x12 with waterfall and 5-6” fish) in 2018 (someone else built it) and their re-do is far superior. They give a detailed estimate before they start....and in my case, they came in over 25% under estimate (ie, they didn’t do it if it didn’t need it.). Give them a try.

We could not be any happier with the results of our new water feature and the professionalism with the team. It took a little longer to get on the schedule than we hoped, but WOW it was worth the wait and once they started they were done in a day and a half. It was impressive the way Danny was able to take my vision and execute it perfectly for a reasonable price. We absolutely love it and highly recommend them.

Logan and crew did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing my pond and waterfall. They were courteous and professional. Sublime Water Gardens built my 15x20ft pond and has done all cleanouts for 15 yrs. I recommend you ask to send Logan or Tom as your crew chief. Be sure you confirm with scheduling as to everything you need prior to the day they arrive, such as special handling and include any products you are requesting such as chemicals or bacteria to be sure its on the truck. Make sure your home is staged for their work convenience and advise your neighbors if you expect any excess water drainage so everyone is aware that work is being done and avoid any surprises. If all is well, you can expect a professional job without any hassles.
