He showed up on time and got to work. He politely and patiently indulged me with all the questions I had for him and talked me through what we were looking at as I stood over his shoulder as he scoped the sewer line. He even moved the camera to a second clean-out and scoped the other side of the house. He summed up what he saw, and gave me his opinion and possible future scenarios based on the condition of my sewer lines. He even cleaned out another line for me while he was there that was not part of the original work order. Cliff / Morgan Leak Detection was great to do business with. Professional, affordable, knowledgeable, helpful and honest!"

"The vendor came out twice.  Found damage to the ductwork in the attic which allowed heating and air conditioning of the attic; the wiring had been done incorrectly at installation and two relays were needed.  The repairs were made, and the owner did not charge me for some of the work.  The people appear to be very honest and knew what they were doing.  No one I have used for maintenance in the past 9 years ever uncovered any problems with my unit.  It is now working more efficiently than it ever has.  You can bet that I will be calling them for my maintenance in the future.

"The process was quick and easy, but I was expecting less mess. I was assured everything was getting sucked into a bin in their truck, but black ick blew out of every vent during the process. We had just painted and thank goodness, had not had the new carpets installed yet, but it was a big mess. The guys cleaned up as best as they could and they were both really professional and kind, but it was messier than I expected. I will be doing this every 3 years, as the guys recommended and the house feels and smells so much better. Totally worth it. Just be prepared and cover everything like you are having painters!
