I contacted Akraba fully aware of their minimum but had a number of tasks and wanted to have the work done by professionals rather than trying to DIY it. This included replacing a window that would not open, replacing an interior double door with one that would lock, repairing the cosmetic damage around a skylight, and replacing a ceiling fan. Louie and Ily reached out immediately, listed to our concerns, requests, and HOA requirements and were able to not only provide a quote for the needed work but also quoted out replacing our fence at a more than reasonable price. While we did have some minor issues with the workers they sent (primarily regarding scheduling), Louie was very reassuring throughout the process and personally came to review and address each concern. Now that the work is complete both we and the HOA are happy with the work they did would recommend them to anyone that needs large projects done."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. I would highly recommend Expo Home for your next tub to walk in shower conversion. Thanks to everyone at Expo Home team and satisfied to be member of their family."

From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
