I bought a chandelier from Lamps Plus and they told me that this is the only app that they use so I had to use them for the installation. Originally I was impressed that I put in the request and they sent someone out right away, however the installer cancelled within one minute of arriving at my house. I stayed home and waited for him for hours. Handy didn't even call me to tell me that he cancelled at the last minute. I wish I could say that was the last time that happened. It wasn't. They sent five more 'professionals' to my house. Most of them didn't show up, or came without even as much as a ladder, after specifically writing in the instructions that scaffolding was needed. The 6th professional that they sent was fantastic, but it shouldn't take 6 tries. Handy was unapologetic, but they did refund me my money. Lamps Plus said the were getting multiple complaints from other customers and were now considering different installers. If you have any kind of complicated job I would hire someone, really anyone, else.

Not good at all very poor. Refuse to use cleaning supply that I prefer rather than some cheap brand they use. I stopped payment on check because they did not complete cleaning. They did not clean bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms. I called the owner Saturday that never called back.
