Our company is family owned & operated.It is run by 2 sisters who have lived in the in the Dallas area our whole life. We specialize in great customer service. That is what has sustained us for the last 15 years.We are a very small company with a few employees and hoping to grow from there. We do not use subs because of our training process. Our pricing is very competitive because we are a smaller company. Pricing is per each individual house and can be determined at the time of scheduling. . Award winning.

After my longtime housekeeper retired, I went to Angie's List to search for a new one as I had success using AL for other home repair and maintenance jobs. After contact with multiple services, I decided on the group at Ultimate Clean Team. I first had them do a full house deep clean: 5 women showed up promptly at 9am on a Saturday. Other than a break for lunch, they worked non stop for almost 6 hours. Everything - and I mean everything - was thoroughly cleaned....even down to the outside of my front door. Believe me, after 2 months of concrete work outside the house there was dust absolutely everywhere. There was no dust when they left.
I had decided upon using the deep cleaning as a test prior to hiring anyone for my semi-weekly housekeeping. I hired and scheduled Ultimate Clean Team on the spot after the deep cleaning. I get a courtesy email reminder the day before their scheduled day. They have always shown up on the dot to the time promised. They bring all their own supplies and equipment. I come home to a clean, dust free, mold free, clean smelling house.
I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone. I'm very pleased with them.

The monthly visits (I wish bi-weekly was in the budget) have also gone very well and have been completed by 2 of the original ladies. Not as much time is required (only 1 or 2 hours) but the cleaning is still done well. I have dark hardwood floors so spots can be difficult to see and may be missed, but overall I am very satisfied. At the last monthly cleaning, one of the ladies was out so Sherry came out herself. She did a much more thorough cleaning of my kitchen than had been done with previous monthly cleanings, butthe fact she came out herself said a lot.
I am very picky about who comes into my home, but I have been very happy with the choice of the Ultimate Clean team and look forward to future visits.

"We paid the customer for the damaged phone cord because we felt that one of our employees might have been responsible for doing the damage; and that employee is no longer with our company; however there had been construction people in her home for months so anyone of those people could have broken the glasses or taken the air freshner. We refunded her the entire amount of her last cleaning and any time there is an issue we always address it immediately and we will always do the right thing."
"We try to always be on time and to accommodate each and and everyone of our clients, there were several times that we could not get into this clients home because the lock on his front door was not working properly. Even after addressing it with the client he never repaired it. There were many times that the employees tried for 30 minutes to get in the door. As far as the incident with the bugs they were all over his bed, so we called the client to let him know..Not knowing what kind of bugs they were we told our employees to leave so they would not be exposed to bed bugs. I would hope that any client would be thankful that we would alert them to anything out of the ordinary that is in their home."

FYI, Ultimate Clean was offering customers $10 to write reviews on Angies List.
Unfortunately, the quality dropped on every visit thereafter and we stopped using them in July 2013.
In total, we used them for eight visits including the initial "deep clean".
I've actually been meaning to update the review since then and only now am getting around to it. I was not interested in trying to get the company to do a better job. I'd rather work with service providers who consistently do a great job without my intervention.
I started finding dust bunnies and cobwebs in corners and along baseboards, even on days when they had been in to clean that very day. These were in highly visible, easy-access areas. Further, an area near a sliding door tended to accumulate cobwebs and small bugs - and I started noticing that the cobwebs and bugs would still be there after they left.
Each time they came they seemed to pay less attention to the details. On their final visit, I actually checked corners and baseboards in several areas before they drove away, saw the usual dust bunnies and webs, and had them come back in and reclean those areas. Not a word of apology or explanation.
The last straw was when I walked into the kitchen right after they left that day and I saw visible dirt spots - a couple inches across - still on the floor. I immediately dribbled a little water on them, dropped a paper towel on top, and rubbed for a second or two with my foot. THAT's how easy it was to get those spots up - yet they had left them untouched.
I also rate their responsiveness as poor. I emailed them on various items several times and never received any response. On the other hand, when I emailed them about a matter of importance to THEM (needing to reschedule, for instance), they would promptly respond. Clearly they were receiving my emails.

Additionally they did things in my bathrooms I did not think possible~~~
Even when I had regular cleaning, the bathroom were never that sparkling clean. Very impressive.
Excited to see them this coming Friday to do the two main rooms.
Initially intended on getting a deep cleaning then keeping up the regular cleaning myself. Their staff puts my cleaning skills to shame. Will use them once a month to keep everything tidy.
