Our company is family owned & operated.It is run by 2 sisters who have lived in the in the Dallas area our whole life. We specialize in great customer service. That is what has sustained us for the last 15 years.We are a very small company with a few employees and hoping to grow from there. We do not use subs because of our training process. Our pricing is very competitive because we are a smaller company. Pricing is per each individual house and can be determined at the time of scheduling. . Award winning.

I have used The Ultimate Clean team to perform a bi-weekly cleaning service at my home for the past 4 months. Sharon and her team do a great job. They always arrive on time, work hard and do a thorough job. If I have any minor complaints (which is seldom) they are always resolved quickly and without issue. The team even looks after my dog when they are there. There are not many providers that offer that. I would highly recommend using The Ultimate Clean team to any friend or family member.

After my longtime housekeeper retired, I went to Angie's List to search for a new one as I had success using AL for other home repair and maintenance jobs. After contact with multiple services, I decided on the group at Ultimate Clean Team. I first had them do a full house deep clean: 5 women showed up promptly at 9am on a Saturday. Other than a break for lunch, they worked non stop for almost 6 hours. Everything - and I mean everything - was thoroughly cleaned....even down to the outside of my front door. Believe me, after 2 months of concrete work outside the house there was dust absolutely everywhere. There was no dust when they left.
I had decided upon using the deep cleaning as a test prior to hiring anyone for my semi-weekly housekeeping. I hired and scheduled Ultimate Clean Team on the spot after the deep cleaning. I get a courtesy email reminder the day before their scheduled day. They have always shown up on the dot to the time promised. They bring all their own supplies and equipment. I come home to a clean, dust free, mold free, clean smelling house.
I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone. I'm very pleased with them.

Four women arrived right on time at 9AM (2 owners & 2 employees). They only provide the "deep clean" service on Saturdays. They brought all supplies and equipment, were very polite and hardworking. They cleaned, polished, scrubbed for about six hours.....baseboards, tops of appliances, doors, tops of fans, under beds, light fixtures........everywhere. My hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets have a beautiful rich luster. Would I used them again.......YES! They are going to provide a twice monthly service to me going forward. They take their job(s) very seriously and provide a superior service.

I chose Ultimate Clean Team after reading the many reviews, speaking to a few competitors (most were less expensive but were not as well or thoroughly reviewed) and having an in home consultation with Pat. For our detail cleaning three ladies arrived promptly at the scheduled start time (9 am) and stayed until 5 (except one hour for lunch). They were very nice and respectful of all of our belongings and 3 pets. When they began, much of our furniture (and house in general) was covered in a thick layer of dust from carpet being recently removed and hardwood floors installed... and of course pet hair. When they left, you never would have known how bad it was - everything shined, not a hidden dusty area was found. The ladies did an AWESOME job and set the bar very high for return visits. At one point one of the ladies asked if I had a screwdriver - she was removing the ceiling light globes so they could be completely cleaned - something I hadn't done since we built the house 7 years ago. Thorough would be an understatement.
The monthly visits (I wish bi-weekly was in the budget) have also gone very well and have been completed by 2 of the original ladies. Not as much time is required (only 1 or 2 hours) but the cleaning is still done well. I have dark hardwood floors so spots can be difficult to see and may be missed, but overall I am very satisfied. At the last monthly cleaning, one of the ladies was out so Sherry came out herself. She did a much more thorough cleaning of my kitchen than had been done with previous monthly cleanings, butthe fact she came out herself said a lot.
I am very picky about who comes into my home, but I have been very happy with the choice of the Ultimate Clean team and look forward to future visits.

Earlier in the year I had Ultimate clean team perform a deep cleaning on my home and then start coming every 4 weeks for a general house cleaning. The ladies that come to clean the house are very professional and do a wonderful job. I work from home and they are great about being non-intrusive and respectful when I am on a phone call. The cleaning is always consistent and very detailed.

The owners of the company came by first to do an estimate. The two ladies are very friendly yet professional. On the set date, three ladies came carrying all of their supplies. They are neat, clean and were able to communicate clearly. Their work was very satisfactory and I will be using their service on a monthly basis.

Their service has been fine. The work is good and they arrive as promised. They are never late and do the work quickly. Usually they are on their way in a couple hours. We have been using them for about 3 months and haven’t had any issues.

Their service turned out very well. They were responsive and showed up on time. They charged exactly what they said they would. The young ladies that came for the cleaning were pleasant and worked hard. There were a few tasks they did that I would have changed, however I did not pre-warn them of that. I think they would change if asked and were provided the right materials. Overall, I was very happy them.

They are professional and contact us to let us know exactly when they will be here. Two people show up right on time and they clean as requested. If there are extra services I need, they can accommodate them while they are here. I have limited experience with cleaning services, but I think they are doing a good job. The people that show up for the cleaning are very professional and neat. They seem to be enthusiastic about the work and the company.

This company cleaned my home for a few months. The cleaning was good but my concern was that a few small issues came up during the time we used them. A phone cord was mangled (probably by the vacuum) and then thrown under the bed until we found it. And then my glasses were broken and someone put them in a drawer that rarely gets opened by my bed. Then weird things such as air freshener came up missing. As I said, these were small issues but the fact that something was broken or damaged and then hidden was what concerned me. These things happened after a regular girl stopped cleaning and another person started working. I spoke to Sharon about the issues and she did refund me a cleaning fee after the glasses were broken. Of course she said the employees claimed they did not know anything about any of these things. I felt that after something being damaged and hidden a second time we could no longer use this company.

"We paid the customer for the damaged phone cord because we felt that one of our employees might have been responsible for doing the damage; and that employee is no longer with our company; however there had been construction people in her home for months so anyone of those people could have broken the glasses or taken the air freshner. We refunded her the entire amount of her last cleaning and any time there is an issue we always address it immediately and we will always do the right thing."

The initial deep clean was very good this cost several hundred dollars it seems like I remember $400. The monthly was $90 or $95 for the downstairs kitchen, master, living, dining, master bath and half bath. The first time was pretty good, then the QC started dropping, once they forgot to clean a toilet, once they left some items out of place. But the worst part is that they often had to cancel and reschedule on the agreed upon day. The final straw was they called to say they found bugs and could not clean. I rushed home thinking I had a major outbreak of bed bugs or a swarm of termites only to find absolutely nothing. I found a person who does the whole house upstairs and down for $90, shows up when she says she will and leaves the house immaculate.

"We try to always be on time and to accommodate each and and everyone of our clients, there were several times that we could not get into this clients home because the lock on his front door was not working properly. Even after addressing it with the client he never repaired it. There were many times that the employees tried for 30 minutes to get in the door. As far as the incident with the bugs they were all over his bed, so we called the client to let him know..Not knowing what kind of bugs they were we told our employees to leave so they would not be exposed to bed bugs. I would hope that any client would be thankful that we would alert them to anything out of the ordinary that is in their home."

Smooth transaction from start to finish. The house was literally covered top to bottom with construction dust. The crew cleaned everything and the house sparkles again. Well worth the extra expense!! We set up bi-weekly cleaning spruce with them after this experience.

My initial review in April 2013 after 3 - 4 visits said that they were always on time, friendly and did a good job. I also liked the fact that they don't use scented products.
FYI, Ultimate Clean was offering customers $10 to write reviews on Angies List.
Unfortunately, the quality dropped on every visit thereafter and we stopped using them in July 2013.
In total, we used them for eight visits including the initial "deep clean".
I've actually been meaning to update the review since then and only now am getting around to it. I was not interested in trying to get the company to do a better job. I'd rather work with service providers who consistently do a great job without my intervention.
I started finding dust bunnies and cobwebs in corners and along baseboards, even on days when they had been in to clean that very day. These were in highly visible, easy-access areas. Further, an area near a sliding door tended to accumulate cobwebs and small bugs - and I started noticing that the cobwebs and bugs would still be there after they left.
Each time they came they seemed to pay less attention to the details. On their final visit, I actually checked corners and baseboards in several areas before they drove away, saw the usual dust bunnies and webs, and had them come back in and reclean those areas. Not a word of apology or explanation.
The last straw was when I walked into the kitchen right after they left that day and I saw visible dirt spots - a couple inches across - still on the floor. I immediately dribbled a little water on them, dropped a paper towel on top, and rubbed for a second or two with my foot. THAT's how easy it was to get those spots up - yet they had left them untouched.
I also rate their responsiveness as poor. I emailed them on various items several times and never received any response. On the other hand, when I emailed them about a matter of importance to THEM (needing to reschedule, for instance), they would promptly respond. Clearly they were receiving my emails.

Every surface was touched from ceiling to floor.
Estimate was highly accurate.
Additionally they did things in my bathrooms I did not think possible~~~
Even when I had regular cleaning, the bathroom were never that sparkling clean. Very impressive.
Excited to see them this coming Friday to do the two main rooms.
Initially intended on getting a deep cleaning then keeping up the regular cleaning myself. Their staff puts my cleaning skills to shame. Will use them once a month to keep everything tidy.
