AWFUL SERVICE - DO NOT HIRE! There are PLENTY of companies out there that will do a good job cleaning your home. Find one that is trust worthy and will accept responsibility when something goes wrong! They severely damaged my wood floors. I was strung along for over a month, being promised a supervisor would call me but no one ever did. Eventually the girl answering the phones basically told me she thought my husband and I were liars. I have never been so disrespected as a customer. I can guarantee I would not be putting myself through this if I had any doubt as to whether it was them. To add fuel to the fire, they failed to show up for our original appointment time (we had to reschedule with them) and they didn’t even clean our bathroom countertops. Their unprofessionalism is astounding.

I hired this company after searching Google and saw that the Dallas Rockwall locale at 214-275-3408 had great reviews. I asked for a deep clean and the girl (Christina or Monica) asked if I get regular cleanings and i said yes but I wanted a deep clean this time. She said if would be a flat rate of $170 and that I would be so pleased. Well, after 2 failed attempts, I'M NOT. The first time around, they didn't follow my specifics such as baseboards, clean chocolate stain on my floor, clean all countertops, blinds and windowsills. They left THEIR TRASH IN MY BATHTUB! Gritty grime in my bathtub and did not touch the baseboards or countertops or the chocolate. I called them and told them and was promised another cleaning the next day at 2. They were an hour early, so my daughter had to drop what she was doing to come home and open up. Well. They cleaned the grit and grime THEY left behind with MY CLEAN TOWELS and left them soaking wet and dirty on the counter I told them to freaking clean! I mean, seriously?! They also got some CLEAN laundry dirty with that grit so I had to go outside with that clothing and towels and beat them against the concrete to get their gritty cleaner off of the clothes and towels. I then proceeded to do their **** job I paid for and took pics and video of me cleaning the spots I paid them to do!! DO NOT USE THESE LAZY PEOPLE! They don't give a **** about instruction! I'm still waiting for the owner to respond since he likes to respond to 1-star reviews. His office help gave me her personal phone number to text pictures and she only responded with some half-assed answer that she would get to it on Monday. I have a business of my own and I DO NOT let things escalate out of control and tell the customer to wait until Monday; you take care of it right there and then and offer to have it fixed (which she DID offer but they screwed the pooch the second go 'round and made a bigger mess that I HAD TO CLEAN) and give a discount or free. I asked for the owner and she never responded to my texts. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

They work for us right now. They come out once a month and clean the homes. We met with the management representative when we first started. They are terrific. Their prices are reasonable. The service is excellent. If you need something done they will do it. No problems with them. They are on a regular basis. They do a thorough job on your house. They are just terrific. There's always somebody there that can speak English, but sometimes we have a little problem. I speak a little Spanish too; we communicate. The work turned out very well. My wife's the one who's pleased with them. They always call and tell you when they'll be coming out and they're on time. We're on a regular on-going basis with them.

It went great. The team showed up on time and did a great job. Where things couldn't be addressed they communicated the issue to us (not their issue but the house) and cleaned some things up I was not sure would come up. The cost was so much more reasonable than other companies I received quotes from. Highly recommend.

"Dear member, we have a scheduling system which verifies the billing address, and we enter multiple jobs every day without problems. Yours was a P.O.BOX and you gave several other address for the card, so it would appear that other companies are not using the latest technology to prevent fraud. As for the mediocre job, that is the first we have heard about that. I'm sure the "C" grade is far more about the credit card issue. Glen Goody - Owner."

I have never been disappointed in the work they have done. They are professional, friendly, and always on time. They are also very flexible if I need to change days. Because they work in teams, they are done in about an hour and a half. I don't have to commit a whole day. I would definitely recommend them.

They call the day before the appointment and give you a one hour window to expect them. I have used them for about 3 + years and they have never been late. They are friendly and polite. There are usually 4 ladies on a team and are in and out in about 1 1/2 hours and I have a large house. They are hard workers leaving my house looking clean. I have always been pleased with their work. The company is always flexible if I need to trade days. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the worst service I have ever had. When I found that they broke one of my kitchen chairs was so bad it cannot be repaired. They pulled all the wires out of my computer router and they stuck them back in that took them an hour and it was wrong I had a computer specialist come out and he said what happened here? I told him I had a maid service out and they pulled out all the wires and turned my router upside down and backwards. Also, there were 21 BluRay discs missing. It took me two (2) hours to clean up the mess they left after they were gone. They were not professional and they used the same dirty water to clean my whole home. They moved things around and it took me over an hour to find where they were put things this was on 10/14/16 and today 10/29/16 I am still finding things they broke and said nothing about it and putting things back in order. I was unable to oversee the work because I had an accident in July and am still in quite a bit of pain while recovering. The two (2) hours it took to clean up after them kept me in bed for 3 days. Jane in the main office quoted me a price of $180.00 with a $50.00 discount for the first visit. They charged me $609.23 with a $50.00 discount which came to $559.23. I was on heavy medication and did signed a blank services agreement. Which I would never do if I had been feeling well. I am still in rehab and cannot fix everything they broke damaged took or just moved around. And cleaning a home with dirty water is so terrible I am going to have to hire someone to come out and clean me home the proper way. And I was not told that they were sending out 5 people who did not speak English at all or just a little bit. This would not have happened if I hadn't had an accident and could clean my home myself.

This lady must have a PhD in lying because it's just a complete fabrication. 6 weeks after the job was completed she challenged her credit card and we are dealing with the authorities about it. We weren't happy. I had them come out, they did a deep cleaning, which took literally all day. It cost us over $700. On all the other visits, they were in and out of here quick and did not do a good job. The floor was always left sticky. They came back and would kind of get down on their hands and knees and wipe it. We didn't have them long. The floor thing was what pretty much put us off the top and then, also the front of the dishwasher. They used something on it, I don't know what, but it kind of messed it up. I didn't have them very long. They did a thorough job with the initial cleaning. They didn't do as good as a personal person I had, where they went and actually removed the light fixtures and cleaned those too. They take that time because it's an hourly rate. However, once they start doing a set rate, they're very fast and they're out of here. We just let somebody else go, it seems to be a common problem with housekeepers. It cost $100 and something each time. They could slow down, pay attention to detail and basically just make sure there is no sticky residue left. Overall, I wasn't happy. I wouldn't recommend them to somebody just because they do cost a lot. They charge a lot and it's not worth it for what you're getting. They got back to me pretty quickly when I complained. Most of them didn't speak English. So it was difficult and kind of puts you in a strange position when you needed to say something. They were polite, courteous and professional.

"Dear member, this was some 3 years ago now but from our records we see that the initial clean was approximately 4 hours with a 4 person crew, slightly more than anticipated for a 2700 sq/ft home, but every home is furnished differently, and conditions do vary from home to home. After that, each maintenance cleaning was 75 mins or so with a 4 person crew. We only use eco-friendly products so I am unsure as to what you are referring to with the dishwasher. We only performed 3 maintenance cleanings, and if we were made aware of any issue at the time we would have been happy to rectify it. We hope you have luck finding another provider who meets your needs."

Everything was sparkling!  Smelled clean and everything put back in place and all was spotless.  The baseboard were shiny clean and not a speck of dust under dressers or on furniture.  Shower door glistened!  Couldn't be happier!
