Buckets & Bows Maid Service

??Buckets and Bows are amazing!! Angelica came this week and she is SUPER!!! I definitely recommend Buckets and Bows. Please let me keep Angelica, she is fabulous.

We've used Buckets and Bows for about a year now for monthly housecleaning and have been pleased with the work done by Ashley.

WONDERFUL!!!! I have used them for 6 months. They are very professional, detailed, and punctual. My personal cleaner is Betty. She is incredible! I can not type enough positive comments! This company is perfect. But you can not have my Betty!

Overall very good, but I just think there was way to much work to be done and they didn't allow themselves enough time to do a thorough cleaning of the floors and cabinets.

I had to go in and clean after they were done. They were out there when they said they would be there and all. It was a last minute thing and they showed up. I probably would not use them again.

The service was great. We had just completed some updates and need a through cleaning. We loved their one time service so much we are leaning towards hiring them for a monthly service.

I have had good luck with them. They were a little expensive, but they were good. They did a very good job. Like a said, they charge a lot.

They've been pretty good. We use them every other week. We're pretty satisfied with them.

The maids, who were otherwise doing a fine job of cleaning, found carpet beetles in my bedroom. The office googled the picture of the bugs (we were not home at the time) and decided that they were bed bugs instead, which was false as determined by our pest control company who quickly verified the accurate diagnosis by email. The maids left and were not allowed to return to finish the cleaning due to "live bugs in the home." We were told that if that if they had known that there were ANY live bugs in the home, they would not have accepted the job, although we were not asked any questions regarding bugs when we called to set up the cleaning. It was extremely distressing because we were closing on the home the very next day and a move out clean was required to close. We strongly believe that if the maids had found earwigs, spiders, lady bugs, or similar, that the maids would simply have ignored them and finished in spite of the previous claim. Of course if they had actually been bed bugs, we would completely understand not finishing the job! I would have left immediately as well, but in spite of proving the bugs were otherwise, we had to find another cleaner at the last minute. We wish we would have been advised about this "industry standard" before completing our appointment booking so that other arrangements could have been made.

They sent 4 people and spent about 4 hours. They only missed a few minor things but overall were very good.

I got them from somebody else that had used them. It was $75 a week, for general housekeeping. They could have gone over and above and cleaned the corners. They did just general cleaning, but as far as doing the nooks and crannies cleaning, I would like them to have been a little more thorough.

Buckets & Bows Maid Service has been cleaning my house for 10+ years, and I am extremely happy with their service, including on-time arrival of the cleaning technicians, professionalism of the cleaning technicians, and cleanliness of my house.  As a full-time working professional, there's nothing better than coming home to a clean house.  I would highly recommend Buckets & Bows Maid Service!!

The first thing I had them do is what they call a deep cleaning.  When they were done I found they had missed several things.  As an example they had not taken items off the counter in the laundry room so when I lifted an item off the counter there was dirt under it.  I had a magazine/book holder in our master bedroom that was extremely dusty and had even had water spill into part of it.  It was totally empty (other than the heavy dust).  I don't know how they could miss it, but they did.  In the family room I have a step unit to use with the Wii.  It leaned up against the wall and the edge of it needed to be cleaned.  They didn't touch it.  I called to tell Buckets & Bows thinking they would send someone out and go through the house and see what else was missed and correct the situation.  They told me a supervisor would be doing the next cleaning and she would check it then.  None of the items were cleaned then and I wasn't there to talk to the person.  Another thing that I had forgotten about from using them before is that they don't clean anything they can't reach from a 2 step step-lader..  We have 10' ceiling and we have bookcases that go all the way up about 9' high.  We have cabinets that go up about 9 ft so they can wipe the cabinets down half way and then the rest of the cabinet doesn't get cleaned.  In the bookcases a lot of them are filled with knick knacks and they don't dust each one but rather they use a feather duster.  As far as I'm concerned the feather duster only spreads the dust around  and does no cleaning.  They don't remove the items to dust the shelves.  They go between the items to try to dust the shelves.

None of this seems to be adequate cleaning service in my mind.  I've gotten cleaning services before who do perform these items.  I just had forgotten some of these problems with Buckets & Bows when I had to get a cleaning company on a short situation.

The positive thing I'll say about Buckets & Bows is they offer a free service to ladies who have cancer and I think that's a great service.

But I won't be using them again.

I am very happy with the work quality. Since I have the same technician, we are able to get to know each other and she is able to focus on things that are more important to me than others.  The relationship that we have developed and the quality and attention to detail from my technician is why I stay.  I can trust that she will not cut corners and she always asks for feedback directly which many would never do. If I ask for additional attention / time to be placed against a specific area one week and omit another, she accommodates the request and always uses the full time that I am paying for.  I have had other technicians that finish and leave early and in those cases it was obvious in the quality of cleaning.  I no longer have to be concerned that if I am not present, the work quality may be less than I expect.  Thank you B&B for your flexibility to accomodate my request to keep the same technician! She is impressive in her work ethic and created a trust that has been lacking with past companies.  I love my technician!

Maid arrived on time and spent approximately 3 hours doing the general cleaning service.  She is a hard worker, very pleasant, and very good with my dogs who love her.

The cleaning service is consistently above expectations with many small details such as arranging the kids bedding in a fun way!  Bathrooms and kitchen are spotless, and when we ask them to focus on some problem areas, it is always done.  The company is honest and trustworthy, and they handle challenges such a holiday scheduling or weather delays with the customer in mind 1st.

My cleaning tech is very thorough and pays attention to detail.  I'm very pleased with her work.
