It took them 3 visits to get the measurements correct. Thats the only work that has been done that we have seen, and they have already had 2 large payments, hopefully for the materials that will eventually go into our porch enclosure. We cannot rate anything at this point even though we signed the contract on July 17 and today is September 10. The last we heard, it may be December before we have our enclosure.

Guy and Jacob were vey professional workers. They performed all their work professionally and went above and beyond to take care of some things that they were not required to do.

Our installers, Scott and Guy, did an excellent job in cold weather. They made accommodations for our three dogs during two full days of putting in out three-season porch enclosure. We highly recommend both of them for any future projects,

We were very pleased and satisfied with all of our interactions with Patio Enclosures beginning with our sales meeting through our project planning and installation. Our sales rep, Robert Hanna, was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. He provided very helpful suggestions for our design and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We appreciated regular communications from Lisa Younker. She did a great job keeping us informed of the status of each step of the process. We are happy with our new patio enclosure.

The project was just completed, and we have had our final electrical and building inspections. We have no issues with the sales process and I only have high praise for the sales rep Bob Zielinski. We did have an issue of the price going up due to a change in the room configuration after signing the initial contract, but Bob handled it very well and to our satisfaction. We appreciate his efforts and the cooperation of management in coming to a reasonable compromise regarding the price increase. We experienced a very long delay due to the necessity to re-route the water main (water well) line which was broken when my concrete contractor was digging for footers. Once the footers were installed the final measurements were able to proceed. The materials were available in stock a bit earlier than anticipated and we able to easily schedule the installation. The installation and electrical crews were extremely professional and did excellent work. We were initially a bit disappointed in the insulation where the addition attaches to the house siding. While the work meets code and was approved by the city building inspector, we believed that there should be additional flashing and/or caulking along the entire line of attachment to the house. It seemed that there was a gap between the insulation and the end of the vertical beams, although they were fully attached and insulated. As soon as I brought this to the attention of the office, I immediately received a call back from the construction supervisor. He expressed a concern that any additional caulking would not match the structure or the house and therefore would not look good. They offered to send a crew out to evaluate what could be done. A crew showed up within an hour (the original construction team). They evaluated my concern and found a caulking material that exactly matched the siding on my house. Within an hour the caulking was applied, and the project has a better and more finished look. The construction and electrical work were completed on time, and my desires regarding the use of additional caulking were addressed in a most professional and satisfactory manner. We chose Patio Enclosures for this job because of the excellent work was done by their Stanek Windows division in installing a new custom patio door two years ago. Now the door leads into a wonderful new double pane glass, three season sunroom, with a solid sloping roof. The new structure matches the patio door exactly. We are very pleased with the work that was performed and the customer service that we received. I would only caution that if someone wants to get a job like this done properly, and with the highest-grade materials and workmanship, it will probably cost quite a bit more than they are planning to spend. In the end we believe the addition is worth the price and will add much value to the house as well as many enjoyable days and evenings using the room in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

I had to wait too many weeks before work began after order placed. I was not really consulted enough in decision making about style choices. When raining, water does come in under door. Effort was made to fix this, but it continues.

They did what they said that they were going to do. Timely and professional. Did a great job.

They have not started the work as yet. I am very impressed with the agent's knowledge and delivery. He also met me at the showroom and displayed and explained every component of the structure. he even helped me optimize my purchase and stay within my budget. Lead time on project is reasonable. I will return after completion with assessment of work quality

During the demonstration make sure they show you exactly what glass they will use. The glass for the enclosure was thin and cheap, but the price was way too expensive.

They were efficient.

They were efficient and polite. And they were knowledgeable and took the time to give me a few helpful hints on some things. They took 3 days to have mine completely built because the rain delayed them part of the day on day 2. I would definitely have them back in the future.
