They pressure washed the whole thing and treated the deck with a brightener, after it dried for several days they came back and stained the decks. They were very careful with all the furniture on the deck. They replaced four boards that were cracked and also pressure washed my stone patios for free.

They had said 10 days, and of course that meant working days. One day they did not show up and so we called and eventually they called back and said they were having trouble with the company truck.
