He was more than willing to invest the time to help build my knowledge base. I saved couple hundred dollars by buying the parts myself, and then John installed them all next to my whole house water softener. The installation was quickly and professionally done. The price was $$ but he stands by his work. I would recommend him. The only improvement to our transaction is I wish scheduling was a little easier, and faster. Other than that everything went perfect. We now have the best tasting water in our entire house."

"The process from start to finish went very well. I knew I wanted a whole house water softener and carbon filter. For me, I needed to find a company that would do a competent install, with a quality product and would stand behind their work for years to come. I looked at a couple other highly regarded companies (from Angies List) that would do a good job installing my home water system, but they did not offer the value that Aqua Systems does, in my opinion. Richard and his team, Tim, Chester and Isaac are seasoned and professional. The email system, no sales person approach allowed me to shop around and gather info without pressure. When I called with questions either Richard or Tim were there to pick up the phone. Chester and Isaac did a professional, clean, competent installation. The to/from main water softener lines were buried and any exposed lines that went to the system valve were insulated. Once installed, I checked the water pressure by turning on multiple showers and faucet. No pressure loss. It is only a few days installed but we can smell and feel the difference in our water. I had an incident with the kitchen faucet that I believed was unrelated to the install, but I mentioned it to Richard. He had Chester and Isaac come back later in the day to take a look anyway. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Chester was able to improve the flow, but the only way to fix the problem is to rebuild the faucet or replace it. The quality install, long warranty, great price and a quality product that is made in the USA from a company, AquaSystems, that has been around a long time offers a fantastic value for those looking for a new home water softener and in my case a home carbon filter too."

He gave me an honest diagnosis of my softener. After researching online everything he suggested was accurate and true. Next step, is installing a new softener. "Iâ ve used Joe at Pipers Plumbing for a previous issue with my tankless hot water system. Joe brought my system up to code and added the items needed to do so. We are finishing up a complete remodel of our 2nd floor (which the contractor used his own plumber) we ran into what was originally thought to be a major problem. Our sink, toilet shower and one of the outside hoses ran nothing but HOT water! After spending 30 mins or so trying to figure things out we started discussing where we were going to have to cut in the ceiling of first floor to get access to where we thought the water lines were crossed. (I had many pics and videos of remodel) Joe thought of something. 10 mins later everything was fine and disaster was avoided. The stem in the shower valve wasnâ t installed by previous plumber and it was allowing hot water to feed into the lines. Saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars in work. Then, when I asked what I owed him he said nothing.. $0.. Told me he was glad to help and glad that we were able to fix the issue. "Kris Aylor from 1-800-Plumber of Pearland is the technician who did the work replacing my water heater tank. He is very detailed and did excellent work completing the work within 3-4 hours. He also fixed other three plumbing issues I had not related to the water heater. I was very happy with the way he took care of my plumbing issues. I also found the cost with 1-800-Plumber much lower than other major plumbing company who gave me their free estimate. Kris also gave me a one year free Home Guard membership worth $199 for annual inspection and maintenance of AC, Heater, water heater and other plumbing related items. I will definitely use 1-800-Plumber for any future plumbing issues I may have."

"I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."
