As someone who is in the design/build industry you expect a certain level of service and knowledge. All the contractors minum Alter spent a grand total of 20 minutes looking at the project. Alter spent an hour looking at the project and going over various options and plans. Alter took measurements, pictures, videos of the area to remodel. While also presenting pictures and videos of previous projects. We are a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Alter's proposal for the project was 10 pages compared to the 1 page proposals from other contractors. Alter laid out the entire project scope, what is covered, what is excluded and expectations. During the project, Alter was at our house multiple times a day checking on the progress. What they said would get done for the day was done that day. The craftmanship was impeccable, and clean. We are forever grateful for Alter treating our home like their home. With the great work they did, we decided to excel another project to roll right after the first remodel. We wanted the master closet redesigned and they made it happen. As picky and precise we are as customers, there was nothing we noticed that had to be redone. Lines were clean and straight. They made both project match our dreams and desires. I will never venture out to hire someone else to work on our home. Only Alter will be the contractor to work on our home and feel like family."

"Had a very tight window for the project; and demanded a very tight timeline. In addition my wife was also very picky on the wood floors being install in throughout the house, staiways, bridge, rooms. In two days it was all done. Trash was disposeed of, floors were buetifully installed, no damage and very seamlessly. Also, very well priced. "It was a very large project and took 9 workdays in total to complete. Fernando Osorio (the crew foreman) was awesome as was the rest of his crew (Mark Willis, Barton Aleman, and Octavio Jacobo). They all worked very hard and most days were long hours. Fernando kept us informed about what time they’d be showing up as well as the plan for each day. Our house still isn’t completely level but it was extremely unlevel before their work and we feel like they got it as level as it could get. In the past, I have not been satisfied with most contractors who’ve done work for me but I’d definitely recommend Fernando and FSS to others."
