"We decided to close in an open game room upstairs. We had several contractors come over to provide numbers and scope for the project. As someone who is in the design/build industry you expect a certain level of service and knowledge. All the contractors minum Alter spent a grand total of 20 minutes looking at the project. Alter spent an hour looking at the project and going over various options and plans. Alter took measurements, pictures, videos of the area to remodel. While also presenting pictures and videos of previous projects. We are a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Alter's proposal for the project was 10 pages compared to the 1 page proposals from other contractors. Alter laid out the entire project scope, what is covered, what is excluded and expectations. During the project, Alter was at our house multiple times a day checking on the progress. What they said would get done for the day was done that day. The craftmanship was impeccable, and clean. We are forever grateful for Alter treating our home like their home. With the great work they did, we decided to excel another project to roll right after the first remodel. We wanted the master closet redesigned and they made it happen. As picky and precise we are as customers, there was nothing we noticed that had to be redone. Lines were clean and straight. They made both project match our dreams and desires. I will never venture out to hire someone else to work on our home. Only Alter will be the contractor to work on our home and feel like family."

"There was engineering invovlved, as the floor and ceiling had to be leveled, not to mention straightening the walls. They were always on time and were meticulous in whatever task was being done. Danny Lebowski, the project mgr.,was great in showing what the design could be like, and was there from start to finish. The final product is superb and beyond expectations!"

I am actually very aware of the improved leveling as I walk through that area of my home. "We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
