"Alter Construction has been wonderful! I had hole damages from snow storm and squirrels chipping it away around it (one very big including 3 sidings). Had holes closed/covered temporarily . Contacted 3 contractors (including ABC Home and Commercial services) , all contractors told me as sidings in my house not available anymore on the market, they could not keep esthetics of the house. They said would cover the holes in the back with new sidings and not take down the original sidings and re-placed them (“That is the way we do it now”). After 1 year of searching, I contacted Alter Construction. Eli, owner-PM, not only promised me to resolve these issues, but he would keep esthetics, so important to me. He found a material that resembled my original sidings. When his crew had already repaired properly the front, but the T groove was not aligned (because of the different material) asked his crew to tear down, and found a way to cut the new sidings in a way that would match the measurements of previous sidings. Called me outside and checked with me if I liked alignment, they nailed new sidings after my ok. If you look at the house, you do not see the new material at all, or any misalignment with the rest of the T grooves. The sidings of the front windows look aligned, symmetrical and pretty perfect. Same in the back, where they replaced all the first sidings row. They had already painted the house, and I noticed, for the first time and not included in the work order, a siding in the back that seemed old. Eli told me not to worry, his lead crew came next day and took it out, cut new material sidings, replaced it and painted again. No difficult discussions, just Eli saying “ We want the client happy, we are here to make it happen!” Yes, I would suggest this company."

"We had an issue with the foundation of our home moving. Due to the freeze of 2021 and the rains that followed the soil between the homeâ s foundation beams and the bed rock began to shift. We noticed cracks in our ceiling and the garage floor. We contacted various contractors but quickly settled with Hercules Foundation. Allen Alexander of Hercules Foundation came to our house, measured the distances from level, assessed the damage and proposed the work needed to be performed and the timing. Hercules Foundation would be responsible for all permits required and obtain markings of the utility lines and finally the inspection and approval of the City Engineers. The price quoted was competitive. The work comes with a Life Time Warranty and is transferrable in the event we would sell our home. The work compromised included installing 18 piers, around the areas of the house that required leveling, the digging of the holes, removal of river rock and flagstone in parts of the back yard. The time quoted for completion was three (3) days. Considering the amount of work required I found this to be somewhat optimistic. The team that completed the work was managed by Michael Sanchez. I have rarely experienced a team that was so professional, safety consciousness, patient with our constant questioning, punctual, trust in each other and the work they were doing, and the way they performed the work as a team. It is a team that is loyal to each our and Hercules Foundation. Michael Sanchezâ s son is being deployed to The Ukraine. God bless him and all US Service men and women. When reviewing the work performed another amazing observation was that it looked clean and as if nothing was done."

"They were prompt - they showed up when they said they would. They were professional in their work. They knew what they were doing - they stayed with the job until it was done - they didn't go to another job while working on mine. They even took their shoes off when they came into the house to keep from messing up the floor. Best of all they did a great job on my house. It looks great, and they were careful not to do any damage to the structure when they leveled it. And also they cleaned up all the trash when they left. That was a feat in itself considering all the digging they had to do. I am very please with their work."

"Roy was very helpful and reached out to me to start repairs on my foundation. Their procedure for lifting and leveling my home was knowledgable and prompt. I felt their pricing was extremely competitive for the area and he was so helpful when it came to paying the bill. They require half down to start, the remainder when the job is finished. The job finished by having a professional engineer come out and do an entire new diagram of my home. Overall, awesome experience!"

"We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."
