Amazing crew completed this foundation. Completed work on time, and seemed to be exceptionally proficient in there craft. The crew kept a very clean worksite and were professional throughout the entire process. They even relocated excess dirt to low slope area on my property to facilitate drainage away from the foundation, which I thought I would have to get a landscaper to do in a future project. Words really can’t describe how great a job they did, I will be recommending this company to my neighbors.

Roy was very helpful and reached out to me to start repairs on my foundation. Their procedure for lifting and leveling my home was knowledgable and prompt. I felt their pricing was extremely competitive for the area and he was so helpful when it came to paying the bill. They require half down to start, the remainder when the job is finished. The job finished by having a professional engineer come out and do an entire new diagram of my home. Overall, awesome experience!

The service we received was outstanding. From the time we called for an evaluation, to the moment the crew came and completed the job, we couldn’t be any happier. We would highly recommend to all our friends and family and will use again when needed.

First Choice House Leveling were absolutely wonderful to work with!! Super flexible with my schedule..I called them after hours (after calling several other companies who did not answer or told me to call tomorrow because it was late) and they offered to come and take a look at my home that evening!! I hired them in February. They offered me a fair price for quality work. They were also very friendly and honest. They gave me options and pointed out things to me that I hadn’t even thought of. They respected my home and were always on time. From start to finish it was a great experience. I highly recommend them to my neighbors and everyone I know.

Had a bedroom door that wouldn't close for several months. I contracted First Choice House Leveling to do the job, since they could start the soonest & their price was good (not the cheapest, but right in the middle.) They listed on the contract that they would install 18 concrete footers & concrete piers plus 40 ft of 6x4 beam, as well as re-shim & level entire house with all steel shims. They even included 10 yr transferable warranty! But, they did NONE of that... the beam that was suppose to be replaced was not, The one that they did replace they butted to a water damaged cross beam. They used concrete pads and cinder blocks, not concrete footers & posts. They proceeded to crack every wall in the house, in every single room, including the front porch where the tile pulled away from the house leaving a 1.5inch gap. There were no cracks before, only a door that wouldn't close. They finished in less than a week, and the door did close...only 6 months later it stopped closing, and two other doors were not closing, including the front entry, which was NOWHERE near the area that they were working in. They included charges for pulling the permits, but before the work was completed, I'd checked with city permit office, and this had not been done. After a few months, the problems returned. I reached out to them to see if they could honor their warranty, but they sent out a different appraiser who said that the problems were from the remaining posts - that had not been replaced. When I asked them to just redo the work that I paid them for in the first place, I was told it would be at least 3 weeks before they could get to me. After a month went by I called, but they have not returned my calls... that was 3 months ago. I have since had several Foundation repair companies review the problems, which is how I learned that First Choice had not done any of the things I had contracted them to do. I now have to pay for a foundation repair REPAIR, and patching & repainting every single room in my home. It's sickening. Do yourself a favor, don't go anywhere near these guys. It's just not worth it. Picture is the beam they agreed to replace and three of the concrete posts.

These guys are the best!!!!! They knew exactly how to level my home the right way and the proper way. I wished I had called them earlier. Don't get ripped off by going with some other company. I threw away a lot of money going with 2 other companies in the last 6 years. One of them just last summer and they didn't fix anything right. 1st Choice did it all correct!!! I am so pleased. They follow up and even came back to take care of a door issue and had to replace a beam and adjust a couple piers and the owner said he would take care of it at his expense. Super nice guy and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!!!

So far so good, work performed as agreed. During hydro static water test, leak was detected under home which added additional unexpected costs to overall project, but needed to be repaired. First Choice was able to perform that repair as well, so was pleased they were a one stop shop operation.

Foundation repair was performed and met expectations. This was 2.5 years ago. Now looking to sell the house. The cost to transfer the warranty is 10% of the amount of the cost of the job. Buyer expects Seller to cover this cost. Called the company twice in the morning with no call back, called in the pm and finally received a return call from ALAN. He asked if I called him without identifying himself or his company. When asked about the transferral fee, I was curtly told it was 10% of the cost of the job. Since we spent almost 15,000, we believed this to be unreasonable (1,500). I called Roy Frazier twice and he refused to call back. No explanations. Might get the work done, however public relations is horrible.

A company representative came out and told me what he would do to level the house which included 25 new piers. The men who did the job came out at a specified date and time and got to work right away. They finished after one and one half days. A few days after the work, I noticed there were uneven areas in the hall, master bedroom, enclosed back porch, and kitchen. There had been concern about plumbing so I thought maybe that prevented some of the leveling. After a plumber came out and looked at the plumbing to be sure there was some room for movement, another visit was scheduled with the work crew and they again did some leveling work but mentioned that for this old of a house the beams in the crawlspace could possibly be worn and cause some uneven areas. While areas of the house appeared to be better, there were still some unevenness in the floors. The enclosed porch has a difference of 3/4 inch with the use of a four foot level. The kitchen still drops off in the back and the entire back of the house slopes a little, which includes the enclosed porch, master bedroom, and kitchen. My next plan is to remove the floor in the kitchen and the enclosed porch to see how the beams are underneath. If that shows some problems, that will be fixed and hopefully correct the floor level. If that does not appear to be the cause I will call First Choice again. I have a ten year warranty and feel confident the company will always be there to do the work. But I plan to continue to review this company based on the future responses to my calls. While I would hire them again, that action would only be taken if they continue to respond to my calls.

We are very pleased with the results.  Our home is a story and a half and approximately 3,200 square feet.  Allen came and provided a written quote and explained what needed to be done in great detail.  He was very professional in his presentation and the written quote explained everything that would be covered, and what was not included.
On August 4th Adam and his crew showed up to begin the work.  Adam, like Allen, was very professional in his conduct and his crew was very courteous and stayed busy.  Our home required 50 new pillars and I was amazed at the speed and neatness these guys used in digging the holes.  The job was completed in less than a week and during that time Adam gave me an update each day explaining what was going on, what we could expect, and where they were in the process.
Parts of the home had to be raised over 7 inches and when they were done we had no damage to the plumbing.  There were areas in the brick where the mortar was cracked and they took time to fill in these areas so that you could not see that there ever was a crack.

I've heard nothing but good about this company and they were right. I called in and I personally got to speak to the inspector  and he was able to give me some quick information and details about the process and the average cost of this kind of work. I was very interested in him coming to inspect my house and it's problems. He came out within reasonable time and showed me how the process would work on leveling my home. Then we sat inside and he wrote up an estimate and even gave me a great senior discount. I signed the contract and he followed up with me a week later giving me an update when they were going to start the work. They started about 2 1/2 weeks later and they completed the job in 1 week. They cleaned up everything and didn't leave my yard a big mess like I thought they would have. I was very pleased with this company from the beginning till the end. I will recommend this company to anyone that is needing leveling repairs to their home.
