Apparently the company had a disgruntled employee who was giving them a bad name. Roy called and apologized, sent me a gift card for my bad experience, and offered to come out whenever I wanted.
I just referred them to a friend based on this last positive experience.
On August 4th Adam and his crew showed up to begin the work. Adam, like Allen, was very professional in his conduct and his crew was very courteous and stayed busy. Our home required 50 new pillars and I was amazed at the speed and neatness these guys used in digging the holes. The job was completed in less than a week and during that time Adam gave me an update each day explaining what was going on, what we could expect, and where they were in the process.
Parts of the home had to be raised over 7 inches and when they were done we had no damage to the plumbing. There were areas in the brick where the mortar was cracked and they took time to fill in these areas so that you could not see that there ever was a crack.
