"I called several drywall installers first, but they were busy and since I am very allergic to mold, I wanted the drywall removed and replaced quickly after the roof leak.  Mr. Handyman sent a technician, David, who was very professional and knowledgeable out the next day.  At my request ,he finished the job on the same day.  
It took several hours as the plaster over drywall had to be textured and dried in between coats.   In the dead periods I had David paint some other areas of the house, install in new cover for the doorbell outside and do a few other odd jobs.
I could probably gotten it done a little cheaper if I were willing to wait a couple of weeks, but I would not have gotten the other odd jobs done around the house too and speed was of the essence to me.

"All went well. I had met Nick about a year ago when he painted the house next door and noted his good reputation on Angie's List. I also learned he's booked about two months in advance. Several months ago he painted our master bedroom and removed the wall paper, textured the walls and painted a half bath. I contacted him on these jobs and he visited for an estimate and discussion of the work. I broke the work into two jobs as it assisted us in preparing for his work. The first job was $2,300 and the second was $1,000. I paid $1,200 on the second job as some other work was added. I furnished all paint and Nick furnished caulk, fill, and all other needed materials. Nick prefers Sherwin Williams quality paint. He scheduled both jobs about two months out at the estimate visit. Nick, and his assistants, Jeremy and Eric, are pleasant to work with. They arrived very timely, are neat, clean, professional and organized. The kitchen received two coats of paint due to the new texture. All trim was oil based paint. Balance of paint was one coat but with close color match."

"The paint crew came in on time, prepped the walls, covered the floors and painted the walls with a primary coat, then painted the walls with two coats of paint. They cleaned up after the job and were professional throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I as a rule do not write reviews or make recommendations but in this case I will. A crew of 4 painters worked from 8:30 to 6PM each day. Their work was very professional.(best I have ever seen). A neighbor saw their work and hired them to do their house. Will hire them for our next job."

"Paul was very quick to respond to my inquiry.  He was also very quick to come to our home to inspect the work needed.  He was then quick to respond with a quote.  We were very pleased with the price.  He and his staff were very prompt and professional  - both for the estimate visit and the actual work day.  They were very focused on their work and were very thorough. After I inspected the very long list of items, I found a few more areas that Paul was willing to add on that same day.  He installed the trim around the french door, which required special work with the beam issue.  He also caulked the door so it was ready for us to paint. Finally, they were very courteous in clean up.

We are now considering to use Paul for future painting needs.

I sent some pictures of the rotten wood around my fireplace and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. They came out on time Monday morning and in a few hours it was complete including paint.
