"The first time they did work it was $250.00 for 3 completely different spots. Some of those spots had the drywall replaced, and all they had to do was texture. The next time they charged me $200.00 to fix two smaller holes one the ceiling that were right next to each other. They didn't have to prep. They were supposed to come yesterday and when they were over an hour to an hour and a half late I called, and they told me they were running late. I asked them how late, and they said they weren't going to be able to come at all. I was pretty disappointed that they never called. They were just going to let me hang all day. It was terribly un-professional. I had re-scheduled a whole bunch of stuff so that I could stay home. They asked me if they could come back tomorrow, and I told them I had everything scheduled for tomorrow. They told me they could come really early, so I agreed to it at 8:00. They originally told me that it was going to take 3 hours, and they were done in an hour and a half. I feel like they kind of rushed me. They left a bigger mess than they did the last time. I have little kids, so I can't have spackle on the floor. I think the rug by the front door is ruined. The plaster is stuck to the hardwood floors in some places. The drywall dust is every where! It is all right outside the door, and all the way down the drive way. The clean-up was terrible! I had to vacuum after they left, and even after that it is not back to the way it was. I am going to polish the hardwood floors, and take the rug in to someone to be cleaned. If the rug cannot be cleaned, there is no way that I can replace it. The store that I bought it from doesn't sell it anymore. I am a little disappointed that they didn't take care of my home when they were here. My son was sick this morning when they were here, so someone was here watching him while I took my daughter to school. It is only a 15 minute drive to drop off my daughter. I expected them to still be here when I got back, but they were all packed up and gone. I am just glad that I didn't leave them a check. I would probably call them again because the quality is good, but I was disappointed with the clean-up. Their overall price this time was a little high. They are pretty responsive. They usually call me back the same day, if not the day after."

"Adequate job on ceiling. HOWEVER, they were scheduled to return on 21 July to touch up areas to complete the job. No one showed, and no returns of phone calls for 5 days. I'vd done the touch ups myself, and repainted all the areas (numerous) where the ceiling was oversprayed on the walls. Also does business as New Generation Painting."
