He is quiet, keeps to himself, and gets the work done in a ridiculous quick amount of time. His work is awesome as well, he hung a new wall of drywall for me and taped, floated, primed, textured, etc. and then painted the entire room and ceiling. We are exciting with the results and will be hiring Richard in the future to paint and fix much more of our house's imperfections as it was built in 1948 and has cracks etc from settling. "Southern Painting was just awesome. Yoni, the salesman, came to the house for the estimate and did a thourough walk around, told us what to expect and left a written estimate on the spot. They came out and powerwased the house, sealed the cracks, and covered all the windows. They did a wonderful job. They didn't spill a drop and even painted the hardware and metal railings on my porch, I was concerned about using a sprayer and they handpainted a great deal as well. I was able to use a 10 % off coupon and they were 2000.00 cheaper than another company! I was just thrilled at the quality of the work. "We've used Anthony's Make Ready for several home painting projects in the past few years, and the work has been outstanding. Anthony is very easy to work with, and his crews are top notch--skilled, friendly, hard-working and on time. The results have been flawless, and Anthony will always be my first choice when I need painting done. Here's a list of the jobs they have done for us: removed popcorn ceiling and painted ceiling and walls in a large 20+ foot tall room and smaller office. On a very tight deadline (we were placing our house on the market), he painted several interior rooms, enabling us to meet our deadline. He also repaired, prepped and painted exterior wood trim which was in poor condition. Highly recommended!"

"Jeff called 5 days before he had quoted for the job to begin and powerwashed all the dirt and mildew off. Told me he would use kilns where mildew had been previously seen. Some siding we thought would have to be replaced, did not need to after he got a better look at it. Whole house was caulked before painting. They also took down all garden art on porch and hose reels and replaced after painting. He did discover termites on a back shed, which unfortunately has lead to that problem. He did complete the work in 5 days. The front porch hanging lamp was broken by him and he had me buy a new one and take it off the bill. He also rehung the new lamp. I was very pleased with the whole work he did and would recommend him and use him again."

"Called Daniel, owner of "No Limit Painting" on a Saturday morning at 9 am. He answered his phone quickly and agreed to come to my home and provide a free estimate. I was a little hesitant at first to have a painting company repair drywall, but other reviewers reported he did good work, so I decided to request a bid. Bottom line: he did a fantastic job and I'm very happy I hired him.
Daniel and a helper arrived less than 3 hours after I first talked with him. I wanted to hang two ceiling fans where I originally had light fixtures, but the old drywall was weak and needed replacement. For $150, Daniel removed two sections of drywall, floated in patches, mudded the boxes, double-taped the joints and used quick-dry compound that set in 30 minutes. He was masterful with the mud, so the result was like new. After he sanded, I primed, painted and textured the repairs. Good as new!
I was so satisfied with his work I asked for an estimate to refurbish my garage drywall. His estimate was fair and reasonable. If I decide to do have this work done, I will certainly hire Daniel to do it.
