They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

No one came to the second appointment either. I called into cancel and they told me that they couldn't cancel commercial accounts and that I would have to talk to a manager. They told me the manager would call me within 24-hours. No one called me back within 24-hours so I called back 2 days later and they finally let me cancel the account. Overall, their policy of satisfaction guaranteed and money-back guarantee is inaccurate. I just noticed they have a 1.19/5 rating on the Better Business Bureau too."

They also provided their proof of insurance. Their price was lower than two other services I contacted and the communication was more professional. When the day came for service, the tenant or a neighbor had parked a pickup truck under the tree and the Team called me. My tenant was not at home so I suggested the Tree Team see if the truck belonged to neighbors. Tree Team leader told me he'd 'make it work', and he did. After completion, I was presented with pictures of before and after service (I am in another state) and the invoice. I would definitely hire Texas Tree Team again."
