"Lopez Overhead Doors replaced the broken springs on my residential 16' steel garage door. They quoted a fair price over the phone and then asked if I am a senior (yes) and then gave me a nice 15% discount. The guys showed up promptly at the promised time and did the job in about 45 minutes. Before leaving, they lubricated the rollers, made a few minor adjustments to the opener and explained everything that had been done. There were no mysterious or unexpected extra charges, I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing garage door repairs. "I just happened to see this guy working on a door for a neighbor. &nbsp;I gave him my card and asked him to contact me about my front door. &nbsp;This was on Thursday the 26th. &nbsp;He stopped by my home when he was finished with my neighbor and told me he could come on Monday the 30th between 11:00 and Noon. &nbsp; <br /> <br /> He and his helper arrived at 11:10 and went straight to work. &nbsp;The removed my door and covered the opening with paper. &nbsp;They removed the hardware, stripped the old varnish off and sanded down the door. &nbsp;BTW my door has raised panels and leaded glass lights that have molding around them. &nbsp;They taped up the windows then stained and re-varnished the door. &nbsp;They also polished the hardware (that was beginning to look pretty tacky) and now it looks BETTER than NEW! &nbsp;I couldn't be more pleased! &nbsp;They were prompt, courteous, professional and did a FANTASTIC job! &nbsp;I'm THRILLED!show more
