We started discussing plans with Saad in August The planning process was very organized and detailed and our questions were answered promptly. Saad was able to fit us into their schedule since we wanted to start as soon as possible. We started construction in late September and completed renovation in mid-October which was shorter than we initially planned, we are very happy with our bathroom. Everyone on the team is professional and holds themselves to a high standard Kinda, the designer, was amazing to work with. She was so quick to understand our style and was an immense help in sourcing all the pieces. Tamer and Rawan the project managers were always attentive. Towards the end of the project, he noticed our water pressure was low, and though it was unrelated to the renovation, took initiative to help us determine the source of the issue and fix it. Jose, the foreman as well as all the other craftsmen on the project did produced quality work.
