"Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!"

Towards the end of the project, he noticed our water pressure was low, and though it was unrelated to the renovation, took initiative to help us determine the source of the issue and fix it. Jose, the foreman as well as all the other craftsmen on the project did produced quality work. I appreciated the WhatsApp channel they had setup for us, and the weekly schedule that was shared the Friday before each week. It made communication very easy.
