The customer service of this company is ridiculous (in a good way!). They were our third bid for replacement of whole home ac unit. The other two companies were professional but Jeff Powell with JL Climate was so much more. He helped us out with our old unit and explained every aspect of the job. He replied promptly to every question and made me feel at ease that the job would be done right.
