Best air conditioning pros near Brazoria, TX

"While having our air ducts cleaned, mildew was discovered on the inside the supply plenum on our A/C unit in the attic (possibly from all the moisture Harvey dumped on us for days). Although the unit was only four years old, we decided it was best to replace it before it got worse. To hopefully avoid this type of problem in the future, we wanted to install some form of UV light in the plenum after it's replacement, but we were very concerned about the ozone that's released into the home's air from some of these types of lights. Matthew from Air Specialist listened and addressed all of our concerns about UV lights, and gave us information about each type on the market and which ones would address our concerns. After research, we decided on one of the Lennox UV lights and Matthew installed it for us. So far we've had no problems with this UV light, and we continue to be happy with Air Specialist's work."

"We are very pleased with the customer service we received from Colley when they installed a new Trane air conditioner ands furnace system in our home. The service men were very easy to work with, our house is older and there were some problems with our vents. They were great to help us in getting this problem worked out and they had everything cleaned up before leaving."

"This was a huge job, because so much, so many parts had to be replaced, by working in such tight attic work spaces in the heat! The "install crew" was diligent and thorough, and stayed until they were completely done, and all parts were up and functioning. After cleaning up all the de-struction and con-struction debris from the front lawn...…..they left my house at 1:30 am!!! Thank you John Moore, for employing such skilled and diligent people!!! The mobile AC unit for homeowners, is a wonderful benefit, for those persons this crisis strikes during the heat of the year!!! It makes this project do-able.....any time of the year."

"Gary came out in evening time on same day we called in, and knew right what the problem was. Had to go back to warehouse for part, but came and quickly had AC cooling again after hot day so able to thankfully sleep in cool home."
