"Spoke to Adam, who understood my concern of using faulty Uplink app. iPhone Uplink upp would not synchronize with the alarm system status after alarm was manually armed or disarmed. It took 3 months for them to respond. They apologized and credited my account for the months the remote wireless control service did not work properly. He also set an appointment to replace the RF link with the latest software update. Within 4 days, a Smith Thompson  service technician showed up at my home to take care of the problem.
