"Attic Fanatics did an awesome job from start to finish. They removed our old insulation and installed new insulation, and they were the only company that explained how important air sealing is. They also recommended a solar attic fan to help with summer heat and attic humidity, which we ended up going with and are glad we did. Everyone we worked with was great, from the sales rep to the installers, and they even had a project manager on site making sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy the whole time. Super smooth process and a 10/10 experience. I’d definitely recommend Attic Fanatics to friends and family."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"Rohan and his team did a great job. From the very first visit I was impressed with Rohan. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time assessing the potential entry points for rodents and pests. After a detailed assessment of the house and attic he sat down with me and explained the various options in detail. The overall cost of the job was significantly lower than other quotes obtained from other contractors. On the day of the job everything went smoothly. His team was highly professional. Rohan informed me of every major task that was done. All in all, a very positive experience and I would personally recommend Sabre Pest Control to any of my friend who are need of similar work."

"My experience with Prize Pest Control has been great so far. The woman I spoke with to set up the service was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were able to come out next day and treat my home. Adrian arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful and did a good job of helping me understand the whole process of treating my home. The treatment was two days ago so as for now my 5 star rating is for the customer service that i’ve received so far, not for the treatment because it is too soon to tell. But I have not seen any more pests yet so that’s a good sign. Thanks Adrian and Prize Pest Control!"

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"
