"Very nice people, but well not return calls. Well not return text. After, they found the problem it took about 2 weeks before I could get them to schedule the repair and then NO SHOW, NO CALL BACK. NO TEXT BACK. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt for an hour before trying to contact them. NO RESPONSE, For 25 years in service they should be more efficient on costumer service."
