When he got here we talked about what we wanted done and he showed us pictures of samples of what it would most likely look like and he would get back with us on the estimate.. Then my wife and I started talking about how good it was going to look .We started looking around and decided why not go ahead and have the entire bathroom done to give it a fresh new look...contacted Jose to let him know that we wanted to expand the scope of the job......he gave us an second estimate for the added work and we went from there . We were very satisfied with the completed work. The bathroom looks fantastic. Have used JY HANDYMAN SERVICES a couple of times now and will use them again. Jose and his crew do excellent work and they make sure its done right and things are cleaned up. Also like to thank his wife for keeping us informed and updated on the what's and the when's things were going to happen. She does a great job of keeping you informed.......We talked to Jose about having our front bathroom redone @ the first part of 2019.. "Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. "I contacted Vargas Drywall after Hurricane Harvey struck. Long story short, my house was nearly destroyed. I contacted them, a week after we were able to get back, Edgar was really helpful from start to finish. He gave me a reasonable quote so I hired them in that exact moment and they started to work that same day. I had a wall that divided the living room and the dining room and i wanted to get rid of it to make more space, he gave me ideas on how it was possible to remove it and still keep a nice view, no kidding, my house was done within 3 days when others said it would take up to two weeks. Overall, my experience with them was incredible and I will keep on using their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone (in fact I did and they were satisfied as well) if you’re looking for a reliable, fast service and a great price, don’t hesitate on contacting them!"

"Initially the provider came to the house and said he could not do the job because there was too much furniture in the way.  I told him I would call him back later when the movers had removed the furniture from the house.  I did this simply because I had purchased a special for three rooms and a hallway.



Later, after the furniture was removed and I was about to finalize the sale of the house I had the service back to do the job.  They did an excellent job at that point.



I would have them again, but I would warn anyone that wants to use the service that the foreman is a little bit of a doom and gloom guy as he assesses the work.   But, he gets over it and does a great job.

"Mark Gonzalez did a wonderful job on our daughter’s house. We called him and he came out and gave us a quote. Scheduling was an issue and we chose to wait for him to be available. We are glad we did. He did what he agreed to do and then some. An example is in order. The task was to repair sheetrock in several areas throughout the house. Those areas were enumerated and discussed. During the course of the job, he saw other areas that needed repair and fixed those too. He did not make a big deal of it. He just did it. He is also an artist. For example, we were supposed to provide the paint. He requested that he be allowed to get the paint which was great for us. He took samples and went to Sherwin Williams. When he got back with the matched paint, he was not satisfied (looked good to us). He took the paint back and had it redone. To us, it looked good the first time and perfect the second time. His rates are extremely reasonable and does a superb job. Scheduling may be an issue so we suggest to allow sufficient time for him to get to your project. You will be really glad you did."
