"It was really good. I mean, they have a good product. The only thing is its really hard to get hold of the owner. GreenStreet- Home Energy Efficiency installed the A/C during the summer and they forgot to activate the heater part. So when it got cold, we couldn't get hold of them. A part of it was great. Another part of it, not being able to get hold of them, an F. They offered us lots of options. Instead of just one size fits all, he did offer high and low, good warranty, bad warranty. There were a lot of considerations on what was the best fit. Well, until they stopped calling us back, the interactions were great. I mean, everything was great. Once the sale was made, after that, it was hard to get hold of them. The work they did turned out good in the end. Yeah, I would consider using their services again in the future. "

"Mark Gonzalez did a wonderful job on our daughter’s house. We called him and he came out and gave us a quote. Scheduling was an issue and we chose to wait for him to be available. We are glad we did. He did what he agreed to do and then some. An example is in order. The task was to repair sheetrock in several areas throughout the house. Those areas were enumerated and discussed. During the course of the job, he saw other areas that needed repair and fixed those too. He did not make a big deal of it. He just did it. He is also an artist. For example, we were supposed to provide the paint. He requested that he be allowed to get the paint which was great for us. He took samples and went to Sherwin Williams. When he got back with the matched paint, he was not satisfied (looked good to us). He took the paint back and had it redone. To us, it looked good the first time and perfect the second time. His rates are extremely reasonable and does a superb job. Scheduling may be an issue so we suggest to allow sufficient time for him to get to your project. You will be really glad you did."

"Had Jose come by to get an estimate on getting the entire shower stall done. When he got here we talked about what we wanted done and he showed us pictures of samples of what it would most likely look like and he would get back with us on the estimate.. Then my wife and I started talking about how good it was going to look .We started looking around and decided why not go ahead and have the entire bathroom done to give it a fresh new look...contacted Jose to let him know that we wanted to expand the scope of the job......he gave us an second estimate for the added work and we went from there . We were very satisfied with the completed work. The bathroom looks fantastic. Have used JY HANDYMAN SERVICES a couple of times now and will use them again. Jose and his crew do excellent work and they make sure its done right and things are cleaned up. Also like to thank his wife for keeping us informed and updated on the what's and the when's things were going to happen. She does a great job of keeping you informed.......We talked to Jose about having our front bathroom redone @ the first part of 2019.. "Great, Alex is super professional guy, he also came by the house to make sure there were no problems. He got onto the roof after it was done and checked to make sure it was installed correctly. He check the front and backyard with a magnetic to make sure all the nails were picked up from the yard. He did a great job."

"Rob and his crew installed a root barrier to protect the back of our house from foundation problems from a large oak tree.  They also added catch basins to existing drainage pipes as well as replacing some piping where needed.  Rob spent a generous amount of time taking a good look at our property, assessing what would work best and answering all of my questions. "We had to replace the plumbing in a condo and it required almost 50 holes in the sheetrock. Antonio fixed all the holes and painted. He also took our inspection list and completed a number of repairs in the timeframe we required. While Antonio was significantly delayed in starting due to the plumber taking almost 2 weeks longer than they told us, he worked almost around the clock to meet our timeline for moving. He was very good about keeping me informed every step of the way. I was not in the city where the repairs were being done and so, he would send me photos of what he was doing and the completed repair. We are very happy with his services and appreciate his help."
