Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! "They arrived within their 2 hour window and called to let me know they were on there way. They said they would give me a 30 minute heads up, but I only received a 15 minute heads up, but that was okay. They arrived and I showed them the two rooms that needed cleaning as well as the two rugs that needed cleaning. The two men felt they could get the stains out. They got right to work. The stains appear to have come out of the carpet. I was very pleased with the results. I added another service which they said would help the high traffic areas stay well kept. They cleaned the rugs and treated them for the pet stains as well. They were thorough and pleasant to work with. They told me to allow 8 hours for the carpet to dry. I will reinspect the carpet once they are dry. All in all, I was pleased with the service and their professionalism."
