They sent out a young lady named Donta and she was sooo good! She did an excellent job! She was very polite and very kind. She did an amazing job!!! I only had money for one hour and Donta amazed me at how much and how thorough she was in that time length. "Mike the Owner is a Good person. There is a communication issue between Mike and the technicians that made the initial communication stressful. I believe my polyester, luxurious silky, shag rug should have been cleaned with a dry chemical and that I should have kept looking for someone that offered that service. Voda was truthful about not being able to offer that service. I should not have authorized them to proceed. My rug does not look good at all. If you have regular carpeting, you should be fine."

"They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.
