"They came to clean up a residue mess Scrub America left and refused to return phone calls and text asking for them to come finish and fix the job. They were EXCELLENT professional and friendly. "

After reading Pristine Carpet Cleaning reviews from www.customerlobby.com from there website www.pristinecarpetcleanhouston.com, I knew this company was very professional and could take care of our cleaning needs. My pets do not like to go outside when it rains, needless to say, my house started smelling of pet odors. I Found a website that had a lot of info. about why my pets were going in the house (www.petodorremovalhouston.com), I ended up at www.carpetcleaninghoustonreviews.com and found out that it was another website of Pristine carpet cleaning and Jeff had all 5 star reviews (65), wow, this guy knows what he is doing. Once again, very professional. This company cleans only with the Rotovac Powerwand, the deepest cleaning that you can get done. Before the cleaning was to be done, I needed carpet stretching (www.carpetstretchinghouston.com) done because I had lots of ripples in my carpet, Pristine carpet cleaning gave me a 40% discount.

Before picking pristine carpet cleaning, I was reading carpet cleaning reviews of another company here in Houston (deluxe carpet cleaning), once I read about six reviews of them, I knew this was a bad company. Called deluxe about some prices and Steve (the guy that answer the phone) was very rude once I told him I was checking out their prices only...This company even wanted to charge me a truck charge of $10 dollars for driving to my house, what kind of a rip off is that? Later, I found out that the owners name of deluxe carpet cleaning was Steve Smith, besides being very rude because I didn't set an appointment with him, I found out that this company was very shady.

Dos: Read the companies reviews before you call them. It will save you a lot of time.

Don'ts: Never assume that a company is good because it has a greater raking for your search

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, many services include cleaning as part of the repair process. Confirm with your provider.

To maintain your mattress and keep it fresh, you should aim for a deep clean at least twice a year. However, if you have allergies, pets, or sweat heavily at night, you may want to clean it more frequently, such as every three to four months. In between deep cleanings, it's a good practice to vacuum the mattress surface regularly and spot-clean any stains as they occur. Using a mattress protector can significantly help by minimizing the buildup of allergens, dust mites, and bodily fluids, which can make your cleaning routine more effective. Remember to launder the protector regularly, as some dirt and sweat can still get through to the mattress.

If your dog has fleas, you should clean your couch and other upholstered furniture immediately. Fleas can lay eggs on furniture, and you can help remove them by regularly and thoroughly vacuuming your couch. Steam cleaning after vacuuming is also essential because the high heat can help kill the eggs and fleas on contact.

You can clean some mattresses with a carpet cleaner that has an upholstery attachment. Mattresses made out of memory foam or other foam generally should not be cleaned with a carpet cleaner, although many traditional spring mattresses can be cleaned this way. Consult the manufacturer’s instructions to be sure. If you do use a carpet cleaner, be aware that it will take much longer to fully dry and be careful not to oversaturate the mattress.

Yes, it can definitely be worth it to steam clean a couch if you have the means. Steam cleaning a couch will improve your couch’s look, remove allergens and debris, and sanitize the upholstery. If you hire a professional house cleaner, they can take care of steam cleaning a couch for you, as well as get your house cleaned and looking brand-new.
