ARCHER CARPET CLEANING

I originally contacted another carpet cleaner, but due to the holidays, it would take several weeks to have my hand woven rug cleaned. I was referred to Archer by this another company. Archers did return my call promptly and set an appointment to come and give an estimate. Since there was a minimum charge, I decided to have one room of carpet in my house cleaned as well. The work on the living room carpet was done the same day as the estimate and was very good. They took my hand made rug to the shop to clean it and stated it would take 3 days. My only disappointment was that it did take about 10 days longer than the original quote. They stated it was because the carpet had a lot of grain/dirt and they wanted to send it back in the best condition they could. The carpet was returned and they did a very good job on the cleaning. I would recommend them, just make sure you get a very good idea on the length of time to have an item returned.

I have a lot of carpet in my home and I trust Archer carpets with there cleaning. They come to do every room yearly and the heavy traffic areas are done every six months. Archer Carpet Cleaning does a real good job of cleaning my carpet. I had them clean five carpets and the hallway. They hit all the problem areas, such as hallways, really good. They moved all the furniture without complaining. They got rid of all my stains that my kids did. The people they sent out were really good and I didn't expect them to be so polite and professional.
