I gave him 50% as an advance and it is important to mention that when it comes to collecting payments he is super punctual but when it comes to finishing the job he is terrible. He does not answer the phone, when he does answer he makes commitments that he never fulfills and literally you have to be chasing him so that he fulfills what he offers , he does not deliver equipment on time and of course he does not finish the job. "TemperaturePro not only did a good, thorough job but they also returned about a week later to do a full quality check, ensuring that I had all my questions answered and was familiarized with my new thermostats' operation. This was a pretty expensive job but it was needed and, in the end, a pretty good value. Everything was done with quality in mind and the result is that I now have a new, very quiet HVAC system. The only real question remaining is whether there will be noticeable reduction to my electric bill due to the advertised energy efficiency improvements. I should know fairly soon, once I get my first full-month electric bill on the new system."
