"Our air conditioner developed a leak which I thought was due to a blocked drain pipe, so I had to find someone to unblock it quickly. Of the companies I contacted, A/C Doctor was able to respond the quickest. Brian came and looked at our system and informed us that the issue was more than just the drain pipe. The pipe was blocked due to corrosion coming off the condenser. The outside unit was not matched to the inside unit. And so on. He spoke with the office and was able to schedule an install of a new system the very next morning. It was already after 8 PM by this time! (We knew the HVAC system needed replacing, we just weren't anticipating it this soon.) The workers performed the install and even included an air purifier and duct cleaning. The system is a York, so not some off-brand that we never heard of. We get 2 years of service with the install, and will definitely buy a service contract from A/C Doctors when it expires. I the interest of maintaining the customer/vendor relationship: he could have billed me 3times what he did and not many people would object.
