"They were very well informed about HVAC and their presentation was very easy to understand. It is obvious that they are committed to their company and customers."

"It went very well! Technician was on time and very thoroughly serviced both of our HVAC units. We bought these units from this excellent company back in 2018 and as promised, they continue to deliver excellent service as well!"

"I rarely write a review but was so impressed by both the owner, Joe and the tech, Sammy, I felt it necessary. Air Pros of S.A. had exceptional service, competence, and character. This is an Owner-Operator, licensed business that deserves all the business they receive. I originally cancelled and went with another company. When that company diagnosed the problem that came with a hefty price. I called Air Pros of S.A., and they came out same day and within minutes of troubleshooting it, found the actual deficiency the other company missed. The tech Sammy, not only showed and explained each of the possible fixes. He did not try to upsell me but was genuine in his approach to the solution. Everything from the beginning with communication to pricing and providing photos of the completed work, I was impressed. I am only one review and one customer but, I will now only call them to work on my HVAC system."

"Awesome small business. The owner came by on a holiday to look at my HVAC after it went out. Didn’t charge me for the quote and even offered to top off the refrigerant for free. Came out with a new system the next morning and installed it in less than 5 hours. Workers were very friendly. His price was 6 thousand dollars lower than the other two companies that quoted us."

"2 Cool Guys came to clean our ducts and they were very thorough. They are very familiar with HVAC systems and took care of some minor problems they found at no additional charge. That s good value! They were on-time, courteous, and very careful to clean up everything when they were done. Highly recommended!"

"Our air conditioner developed a leak which I thought was due to a blocked drain pipe, so I had to find someone to unblock it quickly. Of the companies I contacted, A/C Doctor was able to respond the quickest. Brian came and looked at our system and informed us that the issue was more than just the drain pipe. The pipe was blocked due to corrosion coming off the condenser. The outside unit was not matched to the inside unit. And so on. He spoke with the office and was able to schedule an install of a new system the very next morning. It was already after 8 PM by this time! (We knew the HVAC system needed replacing, we just weren't anticipating it this soon.) The workers performed the install and even included an air purifier and duct cleaning. The system is a York, so not some off-brand that we never heard of. We get 2 years of service with the install, and will definitely buy a service contract from A/C Doctors when it expires. Please note: I posted this exact same review on Yelp."
