The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. "We hired Larry for 2 projects, and both were exceptional in their design. The first was a second-story deck off of the master, with a vaulted screened room and a spiral stair leading down to the patio area. The roof lines complimented the existing roof beautifully. The second project was a 3-phase building: â ¢ Phase 1 was my 45'x30' woodworking studio with 24' vaulted ceiling. This is a metal building;. â ¢ Phase 2 added a 2-story 20' x 30' one bdrm 2 bath apartment to the back of the studio, including floor to ceiling glass windows on the back side. â ¢ Phase 3 will be converting the structure into a 4-bdrm house when I am no longer able to do this work. It was a complex plan, and Larry executed everything beautifully. No wasted space anywhere. He really listens well, and is very responsive. We highly recommend Larry for both new buildings and remodel. His design is impeccable."
