We have used the Versatility Mills Co. for the last three years to help maintain oak trees and remove junipers for our agricultural exemption. They are always on time, work all day, and communicate well. They can provide a Bobcat, a chipper, and other equipment. They do a variety of jobs and are worth investigating! We recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The Versatility Mills crew did an awesome job with this project. Took the time to listen to my issues/concerns and offered great feedback. I was provided with a written quote and the follow up was great. They did exactly what they said they would do and took great care with removing the limbs that covered my home and my neighbors homes. Very grateful that I came into contact with them and decided to have them do the work.

They were efficient, friendly, reasonably priced, educated me regarding the land and how to maintain it, and the work was exactly what I needed. Will absolutely be hiring them in the future for other projects!

If I coukd give Berean and his crew 1000 stars I would. The trees he removed were fallen over onto our garage and surrounded by other structures and lots of Oaks. He managed to save the oaks from more damage and removed the 50' plus China Berry trees without damage to anything, including a home to an Owl. He is certified and insured so that was a huge PLUS! He is the kindest, most courteous young man I have met in a long time. Very punctual too. I was so impressed with him that I hired him to do to other projects for me.

Following a devastating ice event in 2/2023, we were overwhelmed by the number of fallen cedars and oaks on our property. Berean and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning up the fallen branches and trees and pruning the trees that had incomplete breakage. Theirs is a conservatory approach which was in line with our own philosophy to preserve whatever we could. The work they did has allowed us to move forward in maintaining and enjoying our property. They are to be commended for their meticulous attention to detail and for their thoughtful application of service. This is the difference between hiring a slash and burn company (of which there are many) or asking a craftsman to curate your property in alignment with your vision of what it could be. Many thanks to the entire team for executing our requests and rendering a very satisfactory outcome.

I've hired Versatility Mills several times over the past two years, and they have always been such a pleasure to have on my property. They have built a few stacked stone walls using existing rocks from my property, excavated ground for a pool, built a pergola, helped with on-side rainwater management, and managed big projects. I have trusted Berean with execution on several projects - I'll tell him what my vision is and he and his team have executed my vision flawlessly every time. They are tidy and priced fairly, and I am always glad to see them because we know that our place will look infinitely better when they leave. Absolute pleasure to work with them and i cannot recommend them enough.

These guys were very thorough and cleaned up well. They had good communication and made great time cleaning up after the ice storm. They even got the limbs that were 25-30ft up! Super great to work with!

These guys are great. They do a great job but also go out of their way, chipping branches, cutting ip firewood and clearing everything that needs to be. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

Berean and his crew were perfect…polite, professional, punctual, did even more than we discussed. They did tree clean up, clearing and tree rescues from the massive ice damage we experienced. Their bid for the work was by far the lowest I received, and yet they even did more than I had expected. My neighbors saw their work, and 3 of my neighbors also hired them. I will absolutely use Berean and his crew for other projects I have planned for landscaping our property.
