The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. (which were positively within the range of what we as a nonprofit could afford) Then he got started with the projects. He was thorough, polite, respectful of our preschool clientele and quick.
