Blanco River Construction

Our experience with Steven has been wonderful. Our kitchen in our retirement home was outdated with poor storage and not functional. After meeting with several contractors it was clear that Blanco River Construction was the right choice. Steven was very detailed in the bid process, even bringing out his subcontractors to see the job and take measurements. The bid was very comprehensive and there were no surprises in what we were going to pay for the job. The bid was competitive and the project was worth what we paid. Our project was a complete gut job, we took the kitchen back to the studs, we opened up and reframed a weight bearing wall and started from scratch. Steven was on-site or in contact with us multiple time a week to assure things were going according to plan The subcontractors Steven works with are top notch, from demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, tile, Sheetrock and paint we were very pleased. The under cabinet lighting and the pantry shelf lighting is just perfect. Our remodel was completed on time, on budget and the finished kitchen exceeded our expectations. We now have a beautiful ,open, functional kitchen with more than enough storage. The project was done right and no corners were cut, Steven made sure of that. Before and after photos included.

Steven came on time and was equipped .to help us. He is serious, pleasant, personable and capable. We needed help in taking down a chandelier that had broken away from its chain and was dangling from a electrical wire and supporting wire - hanging about 12 feet from the floor, Not something my husband could do alone.

Steven does a great job. He's honest, thorough, and professional. I'm happy to recommend him!
