"First off, these guys were the best and they worked SOOO hard. Even during bad weather, they were outside finishing up the last bit on the house. Communication was fantastic and they told me everything upfront and when it would or what was done. The quality and final work were nearly perfect. My house was horrid and now it looks AMAZING! The new windows were done (12 installed) in a day, and the siding was started the same day and they had most one side of the house done in a day (they would’ve had it completely done if we didn’t have an external “alcove” on the side of the house). If it wasn’t for the multiple snow storms, they would’ve been done in 4 days. Once the siding was completely done, the guttering guys showed up and we’re done in 3 hours!!! Omg, the house looks amazing!!"

"Daniel was prompt to answer my request. He was easy to coordinate a day/time to come look @ the project. He and his crew came out and assessed the job, and completed the project of our whistling front door and cleaned up well behind themselves. While Daniel was here, I asked him about doing the work for our Brick or Stone - Tuck-pointing, as we did not hire the first company. Daniel sent out a crew of men to handle that job promptly. Then, we needed a Handyman, for replacing a ceiling fan in our home and Daniel came back and took care of that for us too. He does just a little bit of everything you might need done in your home and I'd call him back again if the need arises."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. After a storm blew 10-12 pieces of siding off my house, i called 3 contractors to get estimates.  My house is 2 stories and the damage was on the upper half of one side.  Evan Hernandez of K & E Painting and Siding came to the house and gave me an estimate the same day I called him.  After 3 days and 2 more estimates, I decided to go with Evan and have him paint the entire house, not just the side with the damage.  I didn't call Evan until 9 at night as I was waiting to hear from another contractor.  Even though he got late notice from me, Evan started the project the next morning at 7:30 A.M.  He brought me a contract that morning and said I didn't have to pay him anything until the job was done.  I was not actually at home when the most of the work was done, but I inspected it thoroughly before I paid him.  In 3 days he completed the following:   replaced the siding; pressure washed the house, caulked all window and door trim, corners and small cracks; painted the house, including contrasting trim.  Evan provided all materials.  He covered the windows and doors with plastic. I was pleased that he used Sherwin Williams paint as i feel it is high quality paint, and that is why I use if for all my interior and furniture painting.  I have done a lot of painting over the years and consider myself pretty fussy.  I am very pleased with the paint job - I did not see drips on the lower brick part of the house, any windows or doors, or on the grass.  I did not see any messy or uneven cut-in lines.  There was no debris left anywhere. Besides doing good work, Evan is polite and friendly. I would definitely hire Evan again.
