"The technicians called before arriving, were on time, neat and professional. They walked around the property with me as I explained what I wanted done, they listened to my questions and helped me make some decisions (like which outdoor light location to use of 2 available). They also provided suggestions about adding lighting to my kitchen and provided an estimate. The work was not done quickly (there was a trainee on the job), but I was confident that all work was overseen and completed correctly. "Mike and I discussed a set price for materials and labor, then made an appointment for the same day, a Sunday. When he got here he checked everything out, made a plan and shared it with me before starting work. He even installed another outlet inside which wasn’t in the original plan, right under the wall light fixture that he used to feed the new wire. No charge. And made sure that the light was back in working order. I will definitely call him again for service!!!"

"Capitol Landscaping did an excellent job! The first job was a custom installation of a large water feature for a sloped backyard. Coupled with the water feature project was a complete re-landscaping of part of that yard. They were responsive, and sensitive to our unique requirements. High quality work. Have used multiple times since then to enhance other parts of yard. Good, trustworthy crew. We have dogs, never a problem with an open gate etc. We have also used on smaller job with same result. Highly recommended."

"I purchased a coupon for 2 hours of work. The response to schedule the work was slow and in the end I had to call a few times before we could actually schedule a time. Based on the other reviews, I expected to see two people come over and actually work for about 1 hour. This was not the case. One electrician showed up (on time!) and did what we asked him to in exactly 2 hours. My husband and I had to help him hold lamps and pull cables (which is not necessarily what I expect when I hire a professional) but it was not too bad. I have no complaints about the quality of work. I definitely had the impression that the electrician that did the work is very experienced and knowledgeable (certainly much better than other electricians I have unfortunately hired in the past!). I most definitely cannot say that customer care is as much of a strength, though. On the contrary, my impression was clearly that this person has been doing this job for a very, very long time (which is great for his experience) and is no longer willing to do things that he does not like (although that should be part of his job). For instance, one of the lights he installed was originally wired for 4 separate pendants but in the end we decided to only install 2 (instead of 4). So I asked him to get rid of 2 boxes that were already placed in the ceiling so that I could replace the drywall. He refused to do that saying that he would have had to dig in the insulation material in the attic to find where the boxes were; he was not willing to do that and I should just go to homedepot and buy a cover. Then, when he was finished with the light install I asked him about other work that we would like to do and his answer was invariably "yes it could probably be done" but it sounded a lot like "yes it could probably be done but I am not interested in doing it". So, would I hire Daleite again? Most definitely if I need to change a switch that is easily accessible or change a fixture. For jobs that are not immediately and easily accessible you may want to hire someone else. Also if you do hire Daleite, be prepared to clean up after the work is done.
