"The technicians called before arriving, were on time, neat and professional. They walked around the property with me as I explained what I wanted done, they listened to my questions and helped me make some decisions (like which outdoor light location to use of 2 available). They also provided suggestions about adding lighting to my kitchen and provided an estimate. The work was not done quickly (there was a trainee on the job), but I was confident that all work was overseen and completed correctly. When he got here he checked everything out, made a plan and shared it with me before starting work. He even installed another outlet inside which wasn’t in the original plan, right under the wall light fixture that he used to feed the new wire. No charge. "Capitol Landscaping did an excellent job! The first job was a custom installation of a large water feature for a sloped backyard. Coupled with the water feature project was a complete re-landscaping of part of that yard. They were responsive, and sensitive to our unique requirements. High quality work. Have used multiple times since then to enhance other parts of yard. Good, trustworthy crew. We have dogs, never a problem with an open gate etc. We have also used on smaller job with same result. ".The electrical service in this house dated to 1946. Start the vacuum cleaner and the lights would dim, that kind of thing. George gave me a price I liked and after securing the permit from the City he gave me a date when  the upgrade would take place. I've had George over for work in the past and this time he was every bit as good as he was the first time...maybe better. Everything that could go right, did go right. The work included a new high-rise service entry as well as a new ground rod and a whole bunch of new 20 amp circuit breakers. I'm very pleased.
