"I used Home Advisor to find a company to update lighting in my home and decided on Mr. Electric. Drew, the electrician, did the electrical work. However, the finish work was not completed. There are holes in the sheetrock in a hallway ceiling where he installed track lighting and a small hole in the sheet rock where he installed a chandelier. Originally, when I was quoted on the work, they told me they would put a decorative ceiling cover over the hole in the sheetrock for the track lighting. Then, they couldn't find the decorative cover so they just left the hole in the sheetrock. I was told electricians don't do sheet rock work. I understand. But he should get a handyman to repair the sheetrock. Don't dump the repair work on the homeowner. Drew cut the hole in the sheetrock and then pretended it wasn't his job to fix it. Why wasn't the finish work not included in the initial bid? I didn't expect professionals from Mr. Electric to come into my home, do the work and leave my house looking worse then when they arrived. I was given the run around from customer service, the dispatcher and Drew. They just tell you what you want to hear, then ignore you. I m not happy with the Mr Electric experience. I would not use them again."

He provided a sketch the same day, and after a we got HOA approval he got us scheduled the same week. He had told us it would be a 3-day project, but after the rain washed out the first day of work, he worked to complete everything in 2 days so it would be finished when originally promised.
