CTT and Chris did an outstanding job. They even came over prior to the delivery of the roofing materials and did patch work after a severe storm. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The roof turned out amazing.

Chris and CTT Exteriors installed a new metal roof on our house in Helotes and my wife and I are beyond satisfied with the excellent work and outcome. They went above and beyond all expectations. After a leak was discovered in our home office ceiling, we found out we not only had the office leak, but the entire roof sustained hail damage and there were numerous other places that would have been leaking soon if not for Chris and his team's inspection and thorough knowledge. They repaired the interior office roof leak and it looks brand new. They also replaced our shed roof which was in really bad shape. Working with Chris and his team was a breath of fresh air. Chris walked us through the entire process from insurance to roof materials and color selection, to the process throughout the project. High-quality materials, a hard-working crew who were polite and cleaned up thoroughly each day, personalized and professional service, timely, honest and friendly, constant communication during and follow-up after completion to ensure satisfaction, and just an overall impressive company and great people.

Went above and beyond

I highly recommend CTT Exteriors. The owner, Chris, and his team were an integral part of restoring, repairing, and repurposing our 1925 house into our restaurant, Gather Boerne. They fixed framing issues, restored and replaced siding, painted the exterior, and installed a beautiful metal roof. Naturally, in a project this big, there were bumps in the road, but Chris always handled himself professionally as he worked through all challenges diligently and expeditiously. He runs his business with a high level of transparency and honesty. I have referred him multiple times and will continue to do so. We never could have done it without him. Chris and his team helped turn our dream in to a reality!

CTT installed OSB and Hardie panels in a board and batten style, plus decking and shingling the roof. They were always responsive and very easy to work with from writing the contract to suit Historic District specifications, to adjusting their schedule to accommodate our supply chain issues with windows and doors, to making minor changes/corrections while the various parts of the project were underway. CTT crews consistently showed up when promised and the quality of work was very good. Good guys doing good work!

Chris and Dylan were very professional in the entire process. They came to my property to take measurements and explain the different options. Once We made our decision on the type of roofing we wanted on our deck, they gave us a very detailed estimate. The crew that did the actual work was also professional, was even nice to explain what they had done and showed me before they left. They left the area they worked clean. We had rain a few days later and found a very small leak away from the house and they came out the next day to address and fix the issue. The wife and I are very happy with the work from CTT Exteriors, overall great experience.

We employed CTT to be the Project Manager for several residential projects: design and installation of an irrigation system; stucco repair, then painting of house and garage; installation of a new metal garage door; acquisition and installation of custom pavers in 4 areas; refinishing of the front door; replacement of a xeriscape landscape; and creation of new xeriscaping in additional areas. CTT Enterprises excelled in planning and organizing the sequence of jobs, monitoring the work as it was being done and communicating with us concerning every aspect. Most notable was the professionalism and skill of every tradesman employed by CTT, which ensured that the final result of every project was excellent. Although completion of ALL the projects took several months (which we expected) each of the projects was finished efficiently and completely by large crews or specialists who demonstrated their knowledge of each job. Each crew leader made sure that the job was satisfactory before he left, and we were encouraged to contact them (or CTT) if we had questions or needed additional service. The charges for the services provided, including the Project Management, were fair and competitive. It was evident that CTT and each of the project crews were dedicated to ensuring that the customer had a satisfactory experience as the work was being done, as well as an excellent final outcome. CTT did siding, painting, windows install, and gutter install. This company is outstanding, and their work is Excellent! Chris is an Honest and Trustworthy individual, and I couldn't be happier with how he managed this extensive project. If you want GREAT work at an affordable price, then CTT is your company. I called Chris Traweek to come and assess my roof after the strong straight winds blew through. We had missing shingles. He was prompt and professional, gave me a quote to fix the damage. I agreed and he had his crew out within hours and finished the job that day. This is the second time I've used Chris and his company and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Very efficient, completed project before scheduled date, the clean up was amazing, you wouldn't have known that we had the roof torn off, hauled off, repaired damage that had accumulated over years, replaced the roof with a beautiful green shingle that will last many years. I'm very happy with the work done by CTT Exteriors. Chris and Cody came out and provided an accurate estimate involving two roofing jobs, carpentry and painting. Despite the remote location, they got it all done in a timely manner, with good communication all along. They have a good set of sub-contractor teams working for them.
