Customers say: True professional

"I recently hired Belle Construction for a hauling job, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. The team arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and got the job done faster than I expected. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how courteous they were throughout the entire process. Their pricing was fair, and they were very transparent about costs upfront. No surprises, just great service. I highly recommend Belle Construction to anyone needing reliable hauling services. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!"

Hello my name is Juan just recently ets from the national guard and I’m trying to start up a business. My dad passed away a little over a year ago and he left his equipment behind. Just trying to keep cutting lawns with his stuff in his honor. I charge $45 flat rate that includes mowing weed eating and blowing. I am a solo business. I will charge for distance and overgrown stuff. If you want edging I will also charge extra and obviously anything else I will too.

Overgrown to no more.

Hauling questions, answered by experts

The majority of general contractors include junk and trash removal in their contracts, but services vary. As the homeowner, you may need to manage tricky items on your own, such as disposing of laminate flooring in an eco-conscious way or by arranging for appliance pickup with your local waste management service.

Yes, a toilet is considered construction debris or construction waste by definition in many states. Toilets are bulky, heavy items that generally cannot be thrown out with regular household trash, and many waste management providers will not pick up a toilet unless it’s part of a scheduled bulk trash pickup service.

Roughing in and connecting utilities are the hardest parts of finishing a basement, and they’re the parts we typically don’t recommend doing as a DIY project. Unfortunately, your finishing timeline can be extended by weeks while you wait for contractors and inspectors to install electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and heating/cooling equipment and carry out inspections.

In short, yes, contractors should clean up any debris, materials, and tools left from their projects. However, whether their services include a deep clean often depends on the contract. Most homeowners will hire an additional cleaner after construction for a thorough pass through the house to ensure the space is safe and as clean from construction dust as possible.

While smaller appliances might fit in your trash bin, many municipalities and private waste collection companies prohibit throwing them away with your regular trash. Contact your trash collection service to learn how to dispose of old appliances properly. Some companies will pick your items up curbside for no charge or a minimal fee.
