Pinnacle Asphalt And Concrete

I contacted Tom at Pinnacle to do a small job I needed. He came over to the house, showed him where I wanted my slab. He got a quote over to me within 24 hours. I hired him to do my 30x30 slab. His crew showed up, took care of business and did an awesome job. He came in under budget and finished faster than promised. I am going to have them back to do asphalt work around my building in the spring. If you have a job, I highly recommend Tom at Pinnacle Concrete and Asphalt.

I had issues with my concrete cracking in our garage. We had a few companies come out to give us quotes. Tom Parsons from Pinnacle Asphalt & Concrete came out to give us a quote. He was very helpful and professional. The pricing was very reasonable and he explained everything to us. We decided to go with Pinnacle Asphalt and concrete. We were very happy with the work. Tom Parsons made sure we were satisfied with his work. We will use this company again. I let him know we had some asphalt work next. He said just let him know when. So very nice.

I’d give a 6th star if I could , from start to finish, Tom with Pinnacle had me the most comfortable. He explained the process and kept to his word. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to put quality workmanship into their homes. Thank you !

We made our garage into a Jack and Jill area for two kids. Then extended our driveway pay our house , a breezeway and made a garage separate from the home, you could fit 4 cars and a car lift. We also surround died our home with wheelchair access. Not one crack and that was back in 2018. Home sold in 2021.

Tom Parsons and Pinnacle Asphalt and Concrete are simply the best! Their work is magnificent and their care over customers rarely found these days! Call them at your earliest convenience!

His people were at my house when promised and the work was professionally done!! If you have concrete or asphalt work done, I highly recommend you call them. They are GOOD!!

great young company very professional and conscientious. Some of the crew we had was a bit inexperienced which counted for some of the quality but for overall I will and would use them again in a heartbeat

He came out to give a quote to pour a cement slab for our shed. He saw that there was a stump that needed to be covered and gave a quote stating that it would cover the stump. Mid job they said it needed an additional 4 inches which I agreed to. Once the job was complete. The the Shed guy came out and told us that it was still not level and the service provider will not return calls. I ended up having to pay for extra materials for the shed install because of the uneven slab.

There was no follow up after completing the job.

Showed up as promised, good price, very personalized service. Worked late into evening to get job done. Very pleased with the result. Would have give them a 5 on quality of work except two pieces of equipment not picked up for a few days which upset my neighbors. Highly recommend this company. My driveway was particularly challenging for them due to incline/ grade

Great responsiveness and communication.

When we were first contacted by Tom, he missed 3 appointments with us and then finally he made it out. He did the job and my driveway is worse now than it was. I called him to see if he could smooth it out a little more and he told me it's not going to be smooth like asphalt. I told him I didn't expect it to be but I do expect to at least have the road drivable. He said he was busy for the next few weeks and I haven't heard from him since. That was about 5 weeks ago.
