He answered the phone immediately and told me he was available to come over the next day. I couldn't do the next day so we scheduled a visit for that Saturday instead. He showed up, and quickly replaced the spring and serviced/lubricated both doors . He also checked a couple of other things I was having issues with on the other door. Instead of up-charging me for fixing a simple issue, he explained what I would need to do to fix the issues myself and it worked like a charm. I will definitely be using his company again as he provided a great service in a responsive and professional manner."
