Benjamin (BJ) Rodriquez, our Project Manager, was an amazing communicator that would give us great ideas about our remodel. He gave us daily progress with excellent photos. This was helpful since we were always in Austin the entire time of construction. We would certainly request BJ to help us with any future remodel or changes. Cleve and Cheryl Earley

Chad, along with every single one of the guys that worked at my house, were friendly, respectful, and seemed to take pride in their work. They did what they said they would do. They transformed my guest bath! It's beautiful! They do excellent work! I have used CasaKeepers before to remodel my master bath, and it also turned out beautiful! I couldn't be happier with them or the results. Chad is great to work with, and he always responds to calls and texts promptly. I highly recommend CasaKeepers! I will definitely use them again! I am updating my review because CasaKeepers recently completed a room addition on my house. They were as great as they had been on the many previous projects they did for me. It was completed very efficiently and timely. Gabe was an excellent Project Designer. He remembers details, and he always took extra care to make sure that everything was the way I wanted. He was always respectful of me and my home. BJ has worked on several of my projects, but never as the Project Manager. He was a great PM! He always answered my calls and texts or returned them right away. He was very present during the entire project and handled all aspects of the build beautifully. He was excellent at keeping me informed and updated. He even considered my dogs, and he made sure that I could make plans for accommodations for them when needed. Justin, the electrician, has also worked on my projects before, and he's the best! He always made sure everything was perfect for me. I know he will always do the best job! All of the CasaKeepers crew is friendly and respectful, including the people in the office. Lauren has been helpful and friendly when I call or come by. They do everything to make sure the customer is happy and pleased with the work. I want to also mention all of their trade partners who worked so hard on my room addition. They were, without exception, excellent! Jose does just about everything - framing, masonry, roofing, and flooring! He does great work! Eric, the plumber, worked very hard and did an excellent job! The painters, Manny and Israel, were there most days. It is obvious to me that they take a lot of pride in their work. They painted and touched up everything, and it all looks perfect. They do beautiful work. I am very pleased with the end result, my beautiful new room!

CasaKeepers did a bathroom remodel for us to accommodate a roll-in shower. They worked with us to figure out what would work with our needs and also our wants (like maintaining a tub next to the shower space). Julie was amazing at hearing our vision and putting it into reality. She took inspiration pictures from us and helped us pick materials to achieve the feel and look we were going for. Keegan was an awesome project leader throughout the whole construction phase. He coordinated all the different teams that came and worked on our bathroom and could always answer any questions we had. The communication throughout the entire process from design to install was through-the-roof phenomenal. Julie was always there to answer questions/advise us and make changes if needed to the design before finalizing it. Keegan always kept us in the loop about what was happening, when, and what people would be coming and going throughout the install. Gene did a wonderful job with the drywall and painting and checked with us to make sure we liked the texture on the painting he had done before he wrapped up. CasaKeepers and their contracted workers (like plumbers and glass installers) were always polite and considerate of our home. The install process was very clean! Keegan and team did a great job laying down floor covers and sealing in the work area during the dusty portions of the job. There was one thing that needed a slight fix after the installation was complete and Keegan and Philip (the glass installer) took care of it so quickly. Also, thank you, Lauren, for making my day with a happy envelope with our family name written in a personalized way!! And for your kindness overall. I went to the office a couple of times and - wow - what a pleasant place to be. We could not be happier with the results and the whole experience working with CasaKeepers. I highly recommend them without reservation to anyone wanting to do remodel or construction work. Thank you, CasaKeepers!

CasaKeepers just completed two major projects for us. We planned and contracted for the remodeling of our bathrooms. Unfortunately, just as work was about to begin on the first bathroom, we incurred whole-house damage caused by a water heater leak. We called CasaKeepers and they appeared at our home immediately and helped protect our belongings and assess the damage. We decided that having CasaKeepers do the damage restoration simultaneously with the remodeling was our best solution. They worked carefully to plan and stage the work on both projects to allow us to remain in our home by remodeling/repairing one end of the house at a time. Keegan was an amazing lead carpenter who managed every detail and kept us informed daily regarding which contractor(s) would be working in our home. He monitored the quality of the work and required the correction of any deficiency. His “yes sir/yes ma’am” approach to any request was greatly appreciated. His commitment to providing a quality product was key to our absolute confidence in a successful outcome. Working with the entire CasaKeepers team was a pleasure – always responsive and helpful. Justin, the electrician, was skilled and accommodating to some of our unique requirements and always insisted on “doing the job right.” The office team (Chad, Ben, Gabe, Lauren) were always quick to address any questions or needs. We would definitely call CasaKeepers again for any future project. Selecting CasaKeepers as our general contractor was one of the best decisions we’ve made.

Over the last few weeks, I have had the company of Casa Keepers come to my house to do a renovation of my master closet and replace countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. Given some past experiences with workers in my home, I was not looking forward to this. Too often, I've dealt with dishonest or unfriendly people. I have to say, however, that I am extremely pleased with the workers who came, and with the quality of the job they produced. They were efficient, friendly, polite, and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Best of all my closet now is about double the size it was, and has all the revisions I asked them to make. And in doing this, they had to move my potty area and rework another closet in order to have space. I must say it was a beautiful job. Keegan was excellent in organizing the project and kept it all working smoothly. He was always just a phone call away if I had questions. Justin, the electrician, was amazing with the quality of work he did, his attitude about the work, was efficient and very knowledgeable. And, the plumber was also excellent and very knowledgeable. I will be very happy to recommend CasaKeepers to anyone who might need similar work done. The outcome was excellent and achieved exactly what I wanted. Sincerely

CasaKeepers assisted with a handicap accessible bathroom remodel for our home. I am so impressed with their quality of workmanship and everything went so smoothly. Our assigned rep, Keegan, was efficient and great at scheduling all of the contractors (all of which were professional, reputable and trustworthy). I would absolutely recommend.

Chad and his crew are gentlemen, and they did a great job refinishing our front door and painting part of our home - but totally blew it refinishing our kitchen cabinets The guys who showed up to do the work had little experience - the job ran over - it worst of all they reinstalled the cabinet doors with the old hardware and screws..,,I asked Chad to finish the job, and he asked for an extra $2000 .....

Chad and his crew are wonderful! Chad always responds to calls and texts. He is very reliable, always doing what he says he'll do. All of the guys on his crew were respectful of me and my home. All of them are personable, polite, and nice. They did great work, and were always there when scheduled. Chad listened to every suggestion and idea, also offering great ideas of his own. I love my new bathroom! I will definitely hire them again!

we are so happy with the work that chad and his crew performed on our recent remodel ...love love love my new craft/computer room every thing was done to our requests and specification... the crew cleaned up after every days work...you can't go wrong using casa-keepers for big or small jobs...nancy and al brteitkopf

Responded to my request the same day. Came over, gave a bid and a plan to handle problem. So far, so good. At least he responded.
