Junior Nuernberg provided services for my septic system and very patiently answered ALL of my questions and his service fees were more than reasonable. I highly recommend him!!!

They did what they are suppose to do. It was a good price for what they did. I called them, and tried to use them again. They couldn't come out when I needed them, because my alarm kept going on. I used another company that came out within thirty minutes. That was the only reason I didn't use them, because they were busy.

The inspector was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The technician found blockage caused by tree roots in a line during the inspection. When we scheduled an appointment for repair, they showed up when they said they would and performed the repair in miserable conditions. I appreciate service providers that say what they do and do what they say. This company is top notch.

Service was performed two days after my initial call. Donald, the technician, handled the service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem causing an alarm failure and replaced a worn bladder with a refurbished replacement. No sure if all replacement parts are done with refurbished kits but given the expense for the part ($201), I expected a NEW part, not a refurbished one. I know kits purchased locally cost under $100.
Donald did a thorough job checking out my septic system and said the sludge level of my system was high enough to warrant a complete pump out. Donald is new with his company and was not fully aware of the cost to pump out my system. I inquired about their maintenance program and again, he was unsure of the specifics. No problem, since I know the office personnel usually have the specifics about their program.
I phoned the office and spoke with Ashley. She stated the cost to pump out my septic cost $575 since I was not a contracted customer. Contracted customers, those who have purchased a maintenance contract, pay $525 for a pump out. A one year maintenance agreement costs $340. The maintenance agreement calls for 3 visits during the year for an inspection. Any parts needed are extra and contracted customers get no discount on parts. Ashley was not rude but I felt it was pretty much a "take it or leave it" attitude. No attempt to win me as a new customer.
I really don't know if I will use Aerobics of South Texas again. Their base fee of $134 is reasonable given their is no labor charge for their work and no trip charge per se and you get a full inspection of your aerobic septic system. However, I would really rather do business with someone who wants me as a customer and offers a reasonable incentive to sign up with a yearly maintenance contract.

The crew arrived promptly as promised, and were most professional. The crew carefully guided their truck along driveway to prevent unnecessary damage. Fortunately, I am original homeowner and had installation documents to aid locating the tank. They explained that they needed access to the tank, which I assumed had one service door. I gave its location as I remembered it. The tank actually had two, and the crew quickly located the second door. The service was excellent, with careful regard for our recent rock landscape. While I had no maintenance problems, the crew give wise advice regarding what "goes in" and what "does not", to preclude having any problems in the future. The crew left our ground actually better looking than when the found it. Absolutely first class!

They come out on schedule to inspect but if you need something special done, they're not particularly reliable about getting done. It took them 3 visits to remember to bring a new riser out for the system, and I have called a couple of times to ask about adjusting flow that should be added to the system and they never seem to quite get that right. There are some good, there are some bad. They come roughly on their required schedule. They seem to be pretty professional but they don't seem to get it right.

Our septic system's alarm was sounding off and we couldn't get it to stop so we called Aerobic Services of South Texas to come out and look at it. (We happened to be out of town when they were able to come check on our system)
They called and told us that our air compressor was out and had to be replaced and the cost would be $335.00. We told them to go ahead and do the repair. Then they told us that the septic system really needed to be pumped and that would be an additional $550.00. I told them that we would have to wait on pumping the system and that it had only been about a year and a half since we last had it pumped. ( It shouldn't need pumping again that soon)
When we got home the next morning the alarm was still going off so I called them their next business day and had them come out to see why the alarm was still sounding. They told me that they would be out later in the afternoon to check the system. I told them fine that I had a quick errand to run in the morning but that I would be at home by the time they would be there. When I returned home, before afternoon, they were at my house and the technician had already been checking the system and said that the computer panel in the door was corroded and not functioning and needed to be replaced. I was skeptical since the other technician had just been at our home three days earlier and had not mentioned the problem. The new door panel cost $250.00 and they were planning on charging another service fee of $135.00 since they had to come out again. ( The reason they were out again was because the alarm wouldn't stop going off and the replacement of the door literally took 5 minutes) I told them that I was not going to pay $135.00 for a service fee that had initially been to recheck their work. They eventually took the service fee off and only charged us for the door.
Also, since I was skeptical about the authenticity of their claim that our system needed pumping I decided to call and get a second opinion. The other company came out and said that our system was fine and DID NOT need to be pumped any time soon. Also, I asked another person and they were in agreement that the system was fine.
Needless to say I will NOT call Aerobic Services of South Texas back. I do not have confidence in their trustworthiness. I feel like we were taken advantage of and that the services that they did were not all necessary.

The office staff was cordial, courteous, polite, respectful and friendly. The field technician in addition to all that was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and efficient. The truck was clean and emitted no fowl orders. Toilet flush tests were made to ascertain that there were not line stoppages from the house. The tanks were pumped out to near dry condition. Root systems were cleared, removed and disposed. He did a great job and left the tank area in better condition than he found it. I gave the price a "B" but it could be an "A" if one considers that you get what you pay for. This company does a first class job.

This is an outstanding septic system service company. The system has been flawless since we contracted with them. After paying the annual service fee, all repairs are essentially free if needed. They are super-reliable and punctual.
