"We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"excellent. He contacted me and said he was in the area and he came right away. He looked and gave an estimate on labor then, with approval, got the parts and installed the parts quickly. The whole process took about an hour once he arrived. Thanks"

"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall."

"I called Creekside Cabinet and scheduled an on-site review and estimate. Even before they came out Sarah called and asked for pics of our cabinets and sent me some possible design options. Trevor came to the house as scheduled, discussed options with us, took measurements and got a general idea of the direction that we wanted to go. Within 24 hours we had a general design with pics of our kitchen. Sarah and I spoke on the phone several times and then met in person to go over the designs. We had grey washed oak cabinets that were 22 years old and wanted to replace the doors and paint the cabinets white. Trevor was concerned that painted oak might not look like we expected and asked us to go by the shop and look at some samples before we decided how to proceed. I stopped by and Sarah allowed me to take the sample door home to see how it would look in our house and to let my husband look at it before we made a decision to stay with the oak or put a veneer over the oak to get a flat smooth paint. My husband and I both loved the painted oak so we decided to move ahead with the existing cabinets with new doors. Sarah worked with us to minimize the cost and to make suggestions that make the cabinets look better without huge costs. I know that I was a real pain for a about a week until we completed the design and Sarah was always polite and went out of her way to make us happy and to give us the best kitchen for the price. We even made appointments to talk with the actual construction guys to see how they work. My husband is a mechanical designer with the University of Texas as is very picky, he was very impressed with the shop, tools, staff etc.
Once we signed a contract Sarah gave us estimates of the date that our installation would begin based on their construction schedule. They were right on target. They completed the cabinets sent me pics via text so that I could authorize a payment according to the schedule. The installation crew scheduled to show up actually a day or so earlier than they originally estimated. They made sure to take every precaution to protect our house during the sanding and painting process. They were always punctual, respectful, and professional.  We had some delays due to an unforseen issue that arose and some cold weather that delayed the paint process but they finished as scheduled taking into consideration the weather that they could not control. The job was completed and even the smallest concerns were addressed immediately and to our satisfactions. We could not be happier and are planning on using them to redo my master bath as soon as we complete everything in process and verify all final cost.
These are my husbands comments:
There are two criteria I judged this experience by.  As a meticulous mechanical designer, I am
familiar with what went into the dynamics of the design phase, and I can assure
any prospective customer that you will be pleased with the personal attention,
and the ability of Creekside to quickly portray what your cabinets will look
like.  In the preliminary phase,
measuring, design, bids, and negotiating - Creekside gets a solid "A"
After that, I judge craft.  We used a lot of carved trim that took
extraordinary skill and workmanship to match, and meet my standards of
excellence.  Creekside did a superior job
in every respect.  One can quickly
ascertain that beyond making a living and providing great value for the dollar,
these guys take pride in their craft.  They
are cabinet makers.  It shows in every
detail.  For Build Quality, on site
preparation, installation, and finishing I give Creekside an A+  You will not find better cabinet makers in
the market they serve.

"J & J construction has been professional, on time and accommodating with the unique building request I have made. The price of the construction is reasonable with great quality work. Scope of the build: master bath addition, living room addition, 2 (10 feet) iron door installations. Will give reference in the future and continue to work with the team as my construction needs come up."

"I used Dominion Construction for a build out for my store. I had a pretty tight timeline for the project, and it was met! Needless to say I am very happy with the outcome of the store. The project manager did a great job keep me up to date on the progress of the build out. He was very responsive to my calls and requests. They truly went the extra mile on this project by staying late for inventory deliveries when I couldn't be there, taking care of everything outside of their scope of responsibility!  Highly recommend To anyone who needs a remodeling done!

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Check connections, clean fixtures, and apply finishing or protective coatings to preserve months' worth of shine and functionality.

The standard kitchen sink size is typically 22 inches by 30 inches. However, kitchen sinks are available in a wide range of sizes to fit different kitchens, commonly from 25 to 39 inches long, though you can find even larger or custom sizes. When choosing a replacement, the easiest option is to select a sink that matches your existing one's dimensions. If you decide to install a larger sink, you will need to enlarge the cutout in your countertop; be sure to use the template that comes with the new sink to ensure a proper fit. Installing a smaller sink can be more complex, as it may require replacing the entire countertop.

There’s no definitive answer regarding whether equipping your kitchen island with a stove or sink is better. The right option depends on each homeowner's lifestyle, cooking style, and kitchen layout. If you cook with guests over, having a stove that faces outward can facilitate socialization while you prepare dinner. On the other hand, if you use a lot of produce, having your sink by your prep area makes it easier to clean veggies while cooking. A sink also makes cleanup easier by allowing you to wipe down your prep area and place your dirty dishes in the sink.

Yes, there are different size sink drains, but a 1 ½-inch-diameter drain is the most common modern drain size. However, some sink drains are 2 inches or 3 inches in diameter. A bathroom sink drain is 1 ¼ inches in diameter, and kitchen sink drainpipes are 1 ½ inches in diameter.

Because it’s an engineered stone, quartz composite is much denser than other natural stone alternatives. For instance, if you drop a heavy object in a natural stone sink, there’s a chance the sink could crack, chip, or dent. Quartz’s density means quartz sinks are more resistant to scratches or staining. However, darker quartz sinks are more likely to show scratches or scuffs, and quartz sinks can stain over time.
