"it was extremely good. They responded immediately to my query on Angie's list, communicated efficiently by email, came out to give a free estimate and scheduled the cleaning to my convenience. Beck, the young lady who did the work was very professional and pleasant. Best of all - my windows are superbly clean. Some of them were very tough to reach, but Beck with her leader took care of it all. I highly recommend them and shall surely use them again."

"Nathan is exceptional. He called to let me know the time frame for his arrival. He is polite, respectful, friendly but professional. He did everything I asked of him, and more. I hired him to wash my windows both inside and out. This necessitated removing the window screens and then replacing when he's done. He was polite enough to not mention how really dirty they were. I am physically unable to wash windows myself anymore, and finding someone to do it had proved challenging in the past. Nathan did a wonderful job. And it is nice to be able to look out of clean ( and non- streaky) windows again. I plan on hiring Nathan again soon to give the exterior of the house a much needed power wash. Thanks Nathan."

"Chase did a wonderful job cleaning my windows, inside, out and including screens. He took care with furniture and was very neat. I had scheduling issues that he was kind enough to work around. I will definitely call on him again."

"I hired Amanda to do a move out clean (I have a picky landlord and didn’t want to risk my deposit) and she did a fantastic job. Baseboard were sparkling clean, bathroom was spotless, and she even cleaned the blinds and ceiling fans. Highly recommend!"

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

Sodium bicarbonate does not need to be cleaned up as thoroughly as many of its aggregate counterparts because it is not considered dangerous to the environment, nor to pets or people. While you will likely want to clean up the dust with a shop-vac and some water for aesthetic and comfort reasons, soda blasting cleanup is much simpler than for most sandblasting.

You should wait until your pavers have completely dried and cured before pressure washing them. Wait at least three to five days, though some sealants may need up to an entire week. Rushing that timeline can mess with the finish, weaken the seal, or leave streaks that are tough to fix. Once the sealant has fully set, stick to a gentle approach. Keep the pressure under 1,500 PSI and hold the nozzle at least two feet from the surface. Anything stronger or closer can blast the joint sand loose or wear down the sealant you just applied.

You’ll need to wait until the surface is completely dry, which can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours under optimal conditions. The waiting period depends on several factors, including the type of siding and the weather conditions. Trying to paint before the surface is completely dry can trap moisture under the paint, leading to bubbling, blistering, and mold growth.

The best and fastest way to remove paint from a deck often involves combining a chemical stripper with a pressure washer. Gel-based paint strippers are highly recommended because their thick consistency makes them less messy and easier to apply than liquid strippers. After applying the stripper to loosen the paint, you can use a pressure washer to efficiently wash away the residue. When using a pressure washer for this task, it's important to use a low pressure (under 1000 PSI) to avoid forcing too much moisture into the wood, which could lead to mildew or rot.

Experts agree that spring and fall are the best times to pressure wash a home's exterior due to the milder weather. Aim to schedule the project once a year during a warm, dry season, typically between March and November, depending on your local climate. Many prefer the spring to clean away dirt and grime that has gathered over the winter, preparing the house for the rest of the year. You can always perform touch-ups in the summer or fall as needed.
