Have you ever seen a company with worse reviews? You'd think they accidentally please one customer but apparently not. We did not choose them...GE did. Appliance Science lived up to their billing, thoroughly incompetent and unresponsive to boot. Dealing with was an exercise in frustration and time waste...we are now 3 weeks without a washing machine thanks to them. How in the world does a company like this stay in business?
